because its just written 21 to 28 years till 1st January 2014 ( there isn't written "between" anywhere which u have added here) , and in any case age is still not 29, which means 28

How long it 'll take to settle the issue of PMS age relaxation? I wana ask that what should over age candidates do? Should they start preparation or wait for court orders???

Age relaxation will be granted only if someone approaches the court.

Dear Senior Members!
For departmental permission, a lecturer serving at a govt college should get it signed from Principal of the college or Secretary Higher Education Punjab?
Please guide me.
