Nauman sb can you please share your Punjabi notes or study material with me? Either in Soft or Hard form?
I managed to get 756.25 marks in written but my Interview marks were real bad even lower than my expectations.
I am currently on Merit no 52 and this was my first attempt, could have been the last one but i was unfortunate and unlucky as well. My interview went smooth and the questions asked were satisfactorily replied. I don't know what pissed the panel off.
Can you please share the do's and dont's and did you manage to answer all the questions asked by the panel.
was the interview based on your introduction and interests?

I also got 755 marks but in interview 108
Not expecting such result in interview

@Hammad Zafar
Are you sure about your psychological assessment ?
It played a big part in allocation this time around.
A friend of mine who is a doctor and CSP didn't take Psychological assessment seriously and scored too low on interview.
His score in written was 787 and in interview he scored 107.
Although it went smooth and fluent. He answered almost all the questions Even the token questions as well. But still couldn't get through.
Suggestion : Next time around work on psychological assessment. Being from an Army background General relies too much on Psychological Evaluation and Recommendations from Panel.
