Dear fellows please guide...

Please refer to Section 82(3) of Land Revenue Act
iss main ARREST AND DETENTION ki duration likhi hai NOT EXCEEDING 10 DAYS. question mein bhi ACTUAL DEFAULTER ki wording thi. So i think 10 DAYS wala option tha instead of 24 Hours.

Am i right or not?

82 (4) is subjected to Assistant Collector of 2nd Grade. But question was not specified for 2nd Grade.

I do remember the wording of question. The words used there were ACTUAL DEFAULTER. It means DEFAULT has been proven and now this DETENTION is for only to recover land revenue / arrears etc.

But i m not sure about this interpretation.

i think 10 days option was the correct one,i mark 24 hours.Alas...mistakes are coming forward resulting less grades.

any reference or link about john locke,he is renowned as a father of the classical liberalism.cleisthenes who introduce athenian democracy.

why wikipedia is not giving full & indetai info?john locke is not included in any post related to democracy & page about his own life didn't throw light about his idea of democracy.in result candidates suffers a lot.

Brother i was not sure about this but mine friend sitting just behind me was sure as accordind to him john lock was the person who was frequently referred by sir sayid ahmad khan in his writings.
