Iss currupt hakoomat main agar koi yeh samjhta hay k usy insaaf mil jaye ga to yeh uski bhool hay, woh ulta aor phans jaye ga ya phansa diya jaye ga. Aor SPSC ki baat ho rahi hay to let me tell you all k SPSC main merit zeero percent hay. Is main kamyab wohi jis nay pesay diye hain ya jis k opar tak links hain. Isliye main nay kabhi SPSC k liye apply karny ka socha bhi nahi.

I agree with Aariz to an extent that current acts of all concerned including Sindh Govt. and SPSC has made the whole selection system very uncertain. Meritorious candidates are at loosing end since last CCE 2003 because whenever any of these informal practices mentioned in above excerpt of the newspaper are detected by the failed candidates, they without any hesitation contact the court and file a petition. In CCE 2003 SPSC Chairman committed a blunder by selecting his son and many other influential people and this act of Chairman has put the future of meritorious people in jeopardy as well along with those who used money and source for allocation.
1. The main weakness of judicial system in Pakistan pertaining to cases of such nature is that they don’t analyze the mass petitions (Petition that includes many people) on candidate to candidate basis rather they give judgment on overall impression. This is the point where meritorious people come under hammer for something they haven’t done. The anti corruption report about CCE 2003 carries many name I personally know and they belong to a very moderate family. As per the court petitioner in CCE 2003 case that in near future court may declare the recommendation of SPSC for these candidates null and void or may order the SPSC to conduct the interviews of CCE 2003 again and constitute a new merit list. 2. In Pakistan you may contact the court any time regardless of the time lapsed since the occurrence of the incidence. Mr. Saleem Sheikh has filed a petition in 2008 while allocations are made in 2003-2004. 3. The evidences provided by the constituted team under the supervision of the members of current SPSC are of very strong nature and made it easy for the court to draw conclusion and take decision. The candidates who are interested in opting these exams may be in dilemma considering the vibrancy of the courts, tendency of people filing the petitions and the disowning attitude of SPSC from their own allocations as current SPSC itself disregarded the allocation done by their predecessors in 2003. In fact they have provided the evidences to all concerned to ruin the credibility of said institution even more. A future setup of SPSC may also disregard the allocation done in 2008 and provide them handful of true and hand made evidences |

Sir: i got the following points from ur posts: 01) you strongly believe there is zero merit in SPSC and without bribe you cant get through SPSC thats why u never thought of appearing in any SPSC exam 02)you are preparing in CSS exam. 03)you are already getting more than what a BPS 18 govt officer gets. what i couldnt understand is that why are you preparing for CSS which will give you a BPS-17 job if you qualify? here i remember something that may be interesting to share here : "what a wonderful country we have..... where nobody wants to send their children to govt school.... where nobody wants to be treated in a govt hospital.... where nobody wants to deal with a govt dept.... but everybody wants to have govt job.... @candidateSPSC: i dont have the case numbers u asked.

This report prepared by Anti-Corruption department and inquiry committee headed by a Grade-16 Anti corruption Inspector. But in reality the commutative and strenuous efforts of PPP and pro PPP bureaucratic machinery including current setup of SPSC have done this wonder. Alone this inspector may not even conduct an enquiry against an ASI of police but thankfully SPSC has provided him such strong evidences that have made the case even stronger. It is very easy for any setup of SPSC to declare any meritorious candidate a fraud by only throwing his/her exam papers in bin and claiming that copies were not found in record or willfully altering the marks on papers and putting the blame of fraudulent acts. Things are again moving in the same direction as CM has ordered the Chairman SPSC not to cooperate with courts positively and disown the allocation list made public after the demise of SN Abbasi.
CM has also asked Chairman SPSC not to entertain any candidate lodging the application for Re-allocation and second merit list. Simply they want to create places for their own jiyalas. Sadly CCE 2008 is not opposed by any other regime but PPP under whose tenure and SPSC setup this allocation is made. |
