It is a big matter because there were also other candidates who were the most deserving for the post but head of SPSC only forwarded the name of his son. Whatever You say but I still insist that his son did meet the requirements.
It is not fair. It is not merit but nepotism, a real slaughter of merit. Indeed CM has powers but the problem is with head of spsc.
I'm sorry to say that your reply was not logical & legal as well.
However, if You really mean to defend the SPSC's head by hook or by crook then Its okay.
But the fact remains still The Chairman SPSC has slaughtered very bitterly- the Merit.

The son of chairman spsc did not meet requirements for the post of chief inspector of stamps. Instead of rejecting his candidature, the chairman sought age relaxation for his son. This is an open injustice and bitter assassination of merit. Shame on u chairman spsc. You have done injustice. You have no moral standing to be chairman of such recruiting commission.

Dear Rashid I endorse ur point of view. No doubt chairman of spsc is corrupt. He has rediculed the recruitment process. He has made fun of justice by thinking himself unaccountable. If i didn't send a form-D, i get a rejection letter by spsc. Where as a candidate who is totally ineligible for the post, yet he gets the job. Why spsc's authorities didn't send a letter of rejection to izhar shah? Because he is son of chairman of spsc.
I also request Rindbaloch sahab to please specify with logical and legal proofs. Why chairman made his ineligible son to get a job? Why not chairman maintained the merit? Why and why??? Please share u good reply as u always seem to defend him. I'm sorry if i'm wrong. But this fact that SPSC has not kept merit.

You people are clamming that chairman of SPSC is corrupt, (may be or may be not), because you people haven't showed strong evidence against him publicly yet. Therefore, once again i would say you people haven't taken me in confidence.............
Generally, corruption can not be eliminated from societies, institutions, states. It can only be controlled. In this way, SPSC has maintained merit during last few years. I have proof:
PCS 2008, two person got DDO post. Mukhtiyarkar 2010, two another candidates had been appointed. Two probation officer in 2012. In addition, this month of MAY, cousin of MR, RASHIDSIYAL got BS-17 job through SPSC. Above all recruitments were done during the period of current chairman of SPSC and these candidates were not paid person. MR, RASHIDSIYAL can vouch of these recruitments.
Why you people forget these appointments which were done on purely merit basis? Why you people only criticizes the children of SPSC they are not part of our society?

illogical reply as expected from mr.rind.even not worthy of replying but as he has mentioned my name in his post so let me inform u all that i know all those people who got jobs on merit and who purchased these.no one will announce publicly that they have purchased.due to some compulsion i m not taking names.of course they have to give few posts on merit to
bamboozle people like rind.

its not proof its a joke.in 4 years from 2008 to 2012 u have only 6 examples of people whom u r quoting i can bet, u even don,t know exactly about them.be mature i know its hard for u but at least u can try.

But it was like beating about bush because answer has not been answered yet. I repeat my question, "Why SPSC chairman sought special age relaxation for his son? Were there no other candidates who deserved the the job more than Chairman's ineligible son?" In which capacity the chairman get his ineligible son to the post of chief inspector of stamps? Again the CM has powers but it does suit a chairman of recruiting commission to sought age relaxation for his son who is totally ineligible for the post. Even though there were no other candidates yet his son is also considered to be failure because his son do not fulfill the requirements. If I did not send Form-D, I get a letter of rejection then why not a candidate who is ineligible ab-initio. Because the said candidate is son of chairman of spsc.

Dear Rindbaloch You say that SPSC maintains merit, I agree but what if SPSC recruits 30% to 40% candidates through merit and rest through other way?
Do you still consider it as merit?
Moreover, I fully agree with you that corruption prevails widely but if intellectuals like You deny these axiomatic malpractices by SPSC then it is like watering the corruption to grow healthy.
However, I would appreciate you if my question is answered with some sound logical and legal standings.

I qualified both written & viva voce for the post of Inspector ASF through FPSC, and got an offer letter. Alhamdulilah FPSC is our last resort.
I request you to reply that have you ever listened malpractices made by FPSC as much as made by SPSC.
NO, because SPSC's Chairman is corrupt so he has no moral right to its head.
Moreover, when top-management is corrupt then definitely the entire line of management will be corrupt.
