Dear Zohaib7, In the optional form on page#1 and page#3, there are blanks named "Place and center" these are to be assigned by the Commission and on page#4 you are required to indicate your choice of center, so If your choice is karachi then do fill in Khi, and in "place" you are to fill in the place where you are to submit the application form... I guess you'll also submit it in Khi so fill in Khi in it... And the "date" is to be filled in with the date you are submitting your application form.

And my skype id is in my profile along with my email id....

ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM! Dear seniors please tell me that we have to fill all the forms in PCS i.e, total are 8 pages exclude instructions so we have to fill all because my friend told me that we have to fill just first page of PCS form please reply soon

Fill out complete form. There are two sets first one is of total 3 pages and second comprises 8 pages.

WoA Dear mehwish, you have to fill all the blanks in these pages except those that are marked as "To be assigned by commission" and along with it you have to fill in the general application form.

Asalamo-Alaikum !

I have also just submitted the challan fee and now have to fill form which I will submit tomorrow . I have checked SPSC website and these are Document necessary ...
1. Secondary School and Higher Secondary School Certificates.
2. Marks Sheets.
3. Degrees/Qualification Certificates.
4. Character Certificates.
5. Original copy of Chalan.
6. Domicile and/or PRC.

If I miss anything , Please let me know .

* There are two forms on SPSC website PCS Application form and Optional form . Which form is required to be filled for PCS ? Both forms seems similar ......

* Please laso tell me the exact location of regional office of SPSC in Karachi.

Dear mehwishnawaz, you can write the same but in first one write the posts you want to be considered in and the second ones rewrite them in order of choice...... and its con.ad#8...
