Bro when you have checked, I have just checked now on SPSC website, and showing 43-subject over there, visits this http://www.spsc.gov.pk/downloads/Syllabus%20PCS.pdf.

I just did again and it is there on SR No.44 showing as ' Journalism/Mass' Communication.

Dear Muhammad Ali, the problem is when sowing list of optionals, they have enlisted Journalism at 44, but when elaborating the syllabus they have ended the list at 43. Hope your query is resolved...
And one more thing, don't worry journalism is included in the optionals...

Dear Friends:

i haven't got character certificate from the head of institution last attended yet and it might take some time in due course...
kindly let me know either i can submit that one at the end of selection process...
