Default PRC Form 'D' OR 'C'
I am in trouble, Please give your suggestion.

I have completed all the formalities required to submit spsc form as the last date is Aug 16, 2013. i was thinking to submit it today, but i just noticed that my PRC is on form 'C' (for admission in educational institutes), however the form 'D' is clearly mentioned in spsc form submission requirements, now what should i do, it will take minimum 15 days to get a new PRC form 'D' but i have only 1 day left. whether i submit the Form 'C' or wait for the commission to extend the date.

Please guide me.

Brother ! Don't wait submit form with available documents. SPSC will intimate you to provide short documents when you will clear written part of exam. At this stage form submitted alongwith short documents one can appear in written exam of CCE-2013.

Form C is not required not it needs to submit.

I hope you will have Domicile Certificate? I will suggest you that go with Prc Form C along with Domicile Certificate, But if you got clear the written portion of examination than all your documents will be verified at that time you will have to submit it.

double fee pay ker k aap ak din ma urgent PRC banwa sakty han.

Thank you all brothers, for your kind reply and suggestions. I have a bad experience today at SPSC regional office karachi, which i will share in a new thread.

Just for your info. I took emergency leave from office, went to the Deputy commissioner office and explained him about the urgency, he was so kind and helpful, i got the new PRC in 1 hour.

Amazing to hear that, You are luck gentle man. Normally we don't find the same nature of DC. However I recall the same, Domicile & Form C & D I got in more than two months through agent from Sukkur.

Salam sir,
i have a query,my domicile is under process and and 16 aug is last date date for SPSC form submission ,i just want to know that through the slip/token can i get submit my form in SPSC all other documents are completed except domicile and PRC so can get submission of forms on the basis of slip/token ???

No, I got my new PRC form-D in an hour due to the kindness of Deputy commissioner, and submitted my form on the same day with new PRC (Form D)

brother, i guess it is ok, if you submit the attested copy of slip/token with your form, but you have to mention it clearly on the checklist.

I have submitted my form on 13 of august to avoid last days panic but my all documents were complete and i submitted form c instead of D.... will my form be accepted? what should I do know ?
