is it any thing remaining? I mean is it possible that Government can still delay in issuing letters? or now after Courts orders its not possible for Government?

What is the reason, why you are feeling like this that even by 20th of december they will not issue letters?

They said (home dpt) we will start process after 5th december (karachi local bodies elections) but yar agar yeh sachai pe aajayen to do din ka kam hai. I mean chalo cm approval he de day baki i.g bhale elections mein busy ho.

Its true too, but really I feel this time Inshallah Government will have to issue letters because before it was just candidates and Government and now Court is also involved too in case if they will try to avoid we can contact to court and it will be a problem for them.
