Default is it good to switch please advise
I am currently working in sindh bank and have got opportunity at bank islami as cso level 1. But benefits at bank islami are not so good. Even hospitallization limit is so low and unbeliever I.e 50k per anum only. Please help me shall I go or stay at sindh bank.

I have previously interned at Sindh Bank Headquarters , in karachi. I assume you are OG-3? . I will suggest you to stay at Sindh Bank as salary will be more or less same at Bank Islami.

The benefit at Sindh Bank is low pressure, less hectic work ,, no overtime , and most of all job security, as it is a provincial govt owned bank.

At Bank Islami, i dont think there will be any significant benefits but rather you will have peace of mind that you are working for an islamic institution with no interest based activities, apart from that I dont see any viability in job switiching.

It is just a suggestion that sindh bank is comparatively better but decision is entirely yours.

I am switching for religious point of view and secondly want to learn some thing. At Sindh Bank there is nothing to learn. Go to branch and stay calm. No need to do. Yeah only work is to read emails, replies to those emails.
As concerning to job security. Although SBL is govt bank but employees are not governemnt.

As well as my information is concerned Islamic banks are made up of according to Islamic laws and rules. there maybe less mundane benefits but all is Halal. Allah will give you beatitude in it Ameen. no doubt brother choice is all yours!

- First of all please let me know that what you mean by "CSO level 1"?
- How you got job in Sindh Bank?
-I’m doing job in one of leading/largest bank (IBG-Islamic banking group), but on contract basis, in near future Insha’Allah on permanent, it will be my initial stage in operations, due to job nature and branch work flow I don’t like this private bank.
I have done MBA (average student) so please guide me toward some public sector bank like Sindh bank etc.

I know that your query is probably not directed towards me, but please allow me to share my input

- CSO means (customer services officer) i don't know about level 1
- In Public sector institutions ,you must be well aware how jobs are given.
- I infer you work for Bank Alfalah? as they have an IBG group.
- As interest is forbidden in shariah, the decision is entirely personal , you may prefer to be associated with an islamic bank or a conventional bank.
- The most transparent public sector bank(in terms of hiring) is our central bank (State bank) , they usually announce entry level job openings in month of october.

In public sector, only job is secured.
