I appeared for the test in Lahore for the MTO Batch 2011. Actually there would be 3 people in the interview panel Hopefully Group Chief HR, Group Chief Operations and Group Chief CRBG. The interviews of MTOs are taken by the top management of ABL and these guys go to each and every region for taking the interviews of shortlisted candidates for that particular region. ABL calls the shortlisted candidates of the region according to their turn. So some of you guys (shortlisted) may get call sooner or later region wise.
