if i have the option of joining wether BOP as MTO or in Zarai Traqiati Bank as OG3 (BPS-16) as MCO.. which one should i choose??

BOP is a better option as MTO is OG-II position with good salary and benefits.

bro salary is same in both posts.and the post of ztbl is government job cz it comes under federal government and offering grade 16, while BOP is non govt job and comes under punjab govt... so m confused :/

i got 70 marks and received a mail for group discussion....having no idea about this activity:sad can someone guide/

Groups apk ban gaye hain.... at the day.. firstly you will be given topics individually to share your thoughts and then a different topic will be given to your whole group ;) topics will be related to most recent affairs of the world :) Wish you best of Luck :)

My group was 2nd.Our Group discussion topic was "Energy Crisis in Pakistan: its causes and Remedies"
One group was consist of 10 member.First of all,they asked brief introduction of all candidates then they give a topic to discuss in group.Approximately every candidates are given 2 minutes to present his views.

and one more thing to ask. Did they assigned only one topic in whole group discussion as everyone on this forum is talking about 2 topics, one they assign to each person individually and second topic is assigned in group.
