just came after interview...

name
family and edu background
ask about my internship, and about any job (i said no, told them story about why i was rejected in an organization, which was funny )
then one person said accounting perhy hai, i said yes. he ask kia kia ata he accounting me, i said financial stat ki preparation etc, theye ask financial stat kon kon c hty...
then after they ask me IAS in notes to financial system, i said i dnt know.. he replied IAS ka pta he , i said international accounting standards
phir subjects ka poocha, i told them all of my finance subjects, they ask me about difference in Musharika and muraabaah...

then ask about k konci musharka ki products use hurehy hai...(none) (ijaarah and murabah only) he asked why musharka is not applicable, i said b'coz of profitability , then the member in center told me that banks don't want to share losses as per musharika condition so they dnt use musharika.

one question was about Modern and traditional banking from my subject risk management , he asked me the difference, (one was area wise and other was centralized) but he told me still sector(area) wise use hurehay hai...

then he ask about my hobby ( i said papers, documents, receipts collecting and internet surfing etc )
he said strange hobby

then ask about my weakness (he added other then physical)

have you any issue with bond ? no
posting area issues ? no

and they were asking everything i told them. means jo bhi ap bolay gai. k ye subjects thay ye topic tha, wo unhi me se questions keray ge.. so concentrate over your words

ALLah Pak sab ki madad keray (amen)
best of luck all.. do pray for me too

Bankerseye,
Just compare yourself with a friend or two, and you will find your strengths and weaknesses. Some people are punctual, some have very good active listening skills, some are bad at mathematics, so it's a very general thing. You don't need to worry about that, for instance, he(interviewer) asked my weakness and I said I face serious difficulties in getting up early in the morning, in return he said he also had had the same problem but eventually overcame it once started taking responsibilities.

As for the whole interview experience, they ask questions from your major, like mine is finance and they asked me about stocks and dividends etc, and yes, when asked about hobbies I didn't create a pitfall for me by saying current affairs, instead I said motorsports...which I am sure previous generation has absolutely no idea of!

Other questions:
My research project, give details, in which came a point about desertification of Pakistan, I said dams are very important in country's infrastructure, one of the interviewer asked "paani hai nai aur dam bana lay government", I said "sir, pir saylaab kaha say aya tha" which made others two laugh.
MCB Bond
There is a summit going on involving government leaders, what is it about, I had no idea which I later realized he was referring to Seoul Nuclear Summit, he asked this question i think because I was gazing at a newspaper lying on the table, he also asked "akhbaar parhtay hoh", I said No because I am of the opinion that news are driven by propagandists who only let us read what they want us to read and then I quoted some examples from history how media has been manipulating public opinion and how governments have been using media to divert masses' attention from important issue to trivial matters.

Ha one more thing, as I appeared in Rawalpindi, he asked me about posting in Quetta out of fun, I said No, not even if I become an ASP!
