A good news for prospective NBPeans : NBP is going to revise its salary structure according to which the minimum basic pay of an OGII officer will be raised to Rs 15000(current Basic Pay is 12596).

Sorry for late reply..... Promotion policy vary from bank to bank, but as far NBP is concerned it is such an institution in pakistan whose performace and management is worth believing.. NBP offers promotion letter to MTOs exactly after three years even one day before. I got promoted on 1st janary 2010 as OG-I as my joing date at NBP was 02.01.2006 and inshallah will be promoted exactly after 3 years as AVP on 01.01.2012......
NBP offers attractive package and handsome entitlements. No bodys should delay in joining once he selected in NBP... You will enjoy alot.

Well again its clearly mentioned that passing % age of GD is 45%. This time 561 candidtes appeared in GD. 45 % of 561 is 252. And further 30 to 40 candidates will be dropped after final interview. As last time 20 to 30Candidtes are dropped who hav given interview. so final number will be nearlly 200 to 220 who will get offer letter. Same tool can be used for station wise estimations.

Simple Calculations.
