[QUOTE=RoadBlock;857307]Hi Everyone,

I have formulated a plan which covers crucial areas that need to be studied for the SBP OG1 test. Please note that the plan is based on the questions/topics/areas of the past papers. The actual paper might not reflect any/some of the features. Hence, this plan should be the starting point for all aspirants. Add up the relevant topics and strengthen the magnitude of your preparation. This year IBP is carrying out the test. However, I am quite sure that the pattern would remain the same as the test questions have historically been provided by SBP itself and not the NTS/IBP.

Hide your M.Com qualification and you're eligible (age limit met) ;)

I wanted to ask which documents do we have to get attested? Only the educational documents or the domicile, pics and Challan form also?

urMohid Saturday, September 05, 2015 11:10 AM

People with higher qualifications than 14 years are not eligible. They will take an affidavit from the candidate that they haven't done anything after 14 year education.
If hiding further qualification was an option it would be very unfair to people having bachelors with honors.

Anyways that's what I heard and now told everyone. They might take the affidavit and then do the verification and kick the liars out! We can not be certain unless specified in writing...

So they'll take test from those liars and also call the successful liars for interview, finalize the process give them offer letters and receive affedavit at the time joining. Then they will go for verification process and kick the selected/succesful liars. Isn't it better to shortlist after verification if Masters holders are not eligible?

RoadBlock Sunday, September 06, 2015 08:43 PM

Candidates with more than 14 years of education will not be considered in any case. They can surely apply by hiding their masters or 16 years qualification. However, either at the interview or post interview stage, they will subsequently be rejected.

If SBP requires 14 years education, it is 14 years... Period.

It is better to contact HRMD of BSC in order to get the confirmation. You will get the same reply.

Come on Brother, Don't misguide everybody. No offence, but people like you use such tricks to take people out of competition by spreading such nonsensical information. I wonder why guys like you apply for every post in FPSC and PPSC because most of the jobs they offer are graduation basis. Commission is superior hiring authority than IBP and SBP.
Please think before you write something because your User status is "Senior Member" here and people here take your comment seriously, So don't behave sensibly my friend.

I've called IBP and the guy on phone said that everybody can apply except those who have four years of graduation.

Bhai G, firstly, I don't need to apply for this post. Secondly, If i ever applied for any exam, it was CE and nothing else. Thirdly, the guy on the phone will definitely want to maximize the revenue fee. Fourthly, call HRMD BSC and wahan se b jawab le lo. IBP is not the relevant authority in this case, BSC is.

And by the way, by looking at your posts, it looks like you are the one applying for jobs in every possible job advertisement.

Moreover, in my previous post, i never ill advised anyone. I clearly mentioned that one can easily apply by hiding their masters degree.

FPSC and PPSC don't specifically mention that people with 4 year graduation are not eligible. Neither do they discriminate between people with 4 year graduation and 2 year graduation and masters.
Also as the other guy said, you need to call BSC, not IBP. IBP has nothing to do with hiring except the test and they would conduct it gladly for every eligible and ineligible candidate who has paid the fee.
Talk to the BSC people and then make those baseless claims.

Come on dude you are suggesting these people that they should call HRMD BSC and ask them whether they can hide their degree or not. The answer would be obvious from them that it is illegal. they will not check. one of my friends is the State bank and he was telling me that they will not check. He was also telling me that there will be no Og2 and SBOTs because they have already hired. so think before writing anything. Don't degrade these people. It is a suggestion

Let me tell you two things and I want you to remember those so that you can later verify those.

1) Your friend is only guessing, unless he is the Director of HR. Also even if they don't check now and find out say 2 years later, they WILL kick liars out. I never said they will check, I said they might check.

2) There WILL at least be another batch of OG2 for BSC. You'll find out in a month's time.

That was logical statement my friend.! ya i know they doesn't discriminate candidates with two or four years graduation thing, Here IBP is the entrance door to this batch, ether they can open door for you or shut it on your face. So, better to ask IBP not BSC, and the do disqualify students on the basis of instructions given by the BSC. Moreover, BSC doesn't answer such queries they simply refer to IBP because they've handed over this project to them.

OK I can't deny what you are saying because I can't predict the future to say what they will do with people who hide their qualification. I am only guessing about it. Since no-one at BSC ever knows much about what they are going to do w.r.t. HR hence my guess is as good as anyone's. There are always chances of changes in policy too. That's the only thing I'm trying to prove. You and everyone else is welcome to take their chances by hiding their qualification. The least that BSC can do with this kind of applicants is ask them in the interview what they were doing for the two years that do not show up anywhere in the educational background. Make up a good story before the interviews.

The baseless claim statement was for you saying that the other guy was misguiding others while he/she was only giving their opinion just as you and I are doing.

Lastly, I'm not here to prove anything but only to help aspirants.

You, and everybody else, especially the ones talking about whether there will be next batches of OG-2, please check my other posts through clicking my username>find all posts (there are very few of them) for source/credibility of my statements. However, I'm still not saying that I'm 100% right because to quote myself, "no-one at BSC ever knows much about what they are going to do w.r.t. HR hence my guess is as good as anyone's."

I have no idea about SBOTS. The only tip I have is that try to do well in the test as it carries the highest weight in selection. The questions are on the same level as GAT.
