Does anyone know what is the criteria for qualifying interview i mean what % of test and interview will be considered ?

70% test and 30 % interview. Moreover, due to some issues interviews have been delayed. Interviews will start in April.

what do u think if a candidate gets 85 or around after interview would he get job?
