YPIP's test was conducted after SBOTs' and their selection has been finalized and training session announced..but SBOTs aspirants still have their fingers crossed..

I got out of race of SBOT due to my degree. I had 84 marks but got selected in YPIP and I am not joining that due to Karachi base job. However, I enjoyed discussion of SBOT better than of YPIP .

any idea about the respective weightage of nts score, group discussion, the written statement (the one filled out before the interview) and the interview?

that written statement before interview was not to assign any weightage ...it was for the panel's understanding ...and as far as rest are concerned they hav no fix criteria it is as per governors instructions

Since they seem to produce a merit list, it would have been a lot convenient had they clearly specified the distribution

specially when u already have a good job in home city

bhai jaan ye aapse kis ne keh diye ke YPIP main tou'll be posted in Karachi!! Darao mat yaar, i have left a very good current jov for ypip and agar Karachi posting hogai tou i'll have to leave sbp too I preffer YPIP over SBOTS solely bcause of opportunty to stay in Punjab

well you can be posted any where across 16 field offices of SBP-BSC. "Might be" you get posted to your home town but that will be upto State Bank's officials decision.
