The environment is excellent here and they won't let you down.. Make you feel like home! but of course you should be prepared for the hard training..
P.S i guess one candidate has failed to report over here so probably one aspirant is going to be called!
Also this time the batch was quite large and words on the streets are that there is a dire need for OG-II officers in BSC still, so i am expecting the next batch to be a larger one probably!

Thank you for the info! Do you, by any chance, know which province is that one candidate from who has failed to report? Baluchistan?
And when do you think they will start intake for the next batch?

I think they have called the next one.. because recently a girl has joined us in the training.
Mostly the people with high marks in the tests are preferred but i have seen many low scorers in my batch too. NTS marks matter a lot but the low scorers do have a chance if they succeed to impress the interview panel (i.e they acquire high interview marks). The final aggregate is the sum of NTS and interview marks. Though, academic percentages also play a minor role.
YPIP-5 is expected to be announced at the end of this year.
There's no specific book for the preparation as it is usually a General Cadre test . In fact, revising your elementary Mathematical concepts and basic English structure, comprehension would be a better idea to take the lead before the interview.

What is the during of training for YPIP candidates? Does it differ from that of og-1 or SBOTS? And what other facilities does NIBAF provide?
