i think they had very limited seats for RBO, nothing else...my mba final result was announced couple of weeks before interview and only one interviewer noticed it, they did not asked about OCO bond out station posting , nothing at all, and even shortlisted among 30 but they hired only 21 from it...so better luck next time as heard same post will be opened in june

It is so disgusting yasir that you have an M.COM degree and they still offering you OCO post...it is all about working in cash department as cashier...we are selected in RBO batch as OCO..and i think you have given interview directly for OCO post??? it is a type of third party contract and will offer you 15000 for a period of one year in which you will finally get 13500 after neccessary deductions per month....a tough job you would say but entry to bank, its upon you either you choose to enter as in cash department or not....RBO is a very good career path despite of the grade is same for both which are OG3...

i have interviewed for OCO/PERSONAL BANKER last week at hyderabad..i dont know it is career oriented position or not..i have done MBA...They said that u have to work in cash..it is very tough job...please any one guide what to do...?

@ yaser...dear i interviewed at Regional Head Office UBL hyderabad...salary is according to your qualification..if you are graduate then 12 to 13 thousand and if you are masters then its 15000...one year of contract period....

i have done MBA HR..mjy interviewer ne kaha k ap ki qualification is job k lea over ha..you must try for middile level management or MTO program..OCO is not suitable job for you..i said that now a days it is not the matter that what is suitable for you..every one wants to do job,,,,,,waqt ka taqazaa ha bhai kia kren jobs hen kahan...r source k beger to ajkal koe clerk b nai appoint krta...

OCO - Outsource Cash Offer is temporary contract job means you will be hired by any other third party company not bank itself. There is a mix bag I know some people who are working as OCO with no any kind of promotions etc but there are people who are permanent and are chief teller . one of my friend is operation manager he was Universal teller . I am talking about UBL not HBL but you will get some idea

sallary is same as you have mentioned above ..

it totally depends on you and on the bank where they fit you


responsibilities of OCOz are many ,.. They are the part of operations , your responsibilities includes accepting deposits , transfer , withdrawals , utility bills and closing as well
