@ RIFFAT RAZA yes i gave tso test in september 2015 and got shortlisted for interview, luckily got selected in december 2015 batch. however not satisfied with current job so want to switch to ztbl ogiii.
test easy hi hota hai. general knowledge, computer, quantitative, Islamic Studies, verbal and analytical reasoning questions.
quantitative aur analytical questions ka weightage takreeban 50 percent hota hai baaqi sab equal equal marks

@ RIFFAT RAZAgraduation chahiye. test 60 percent above pe pass kro tou they call for interview. interview basic hota hai, degree related questions, define yourself, and job posting se related questioning hoti hai

The interview was awful like seriously. It will make you zaleel.
My interview time was about 1 pm and my interview took place at 5.30 pm.
Questions were
Your Current job and its salary
Can a UPS work with transformer or not?
Has DC Voltage any frequency?
What is Norton theorem?
And in this way my was interview finished in less than 2 mins

I think they havs no legal expert on the panel. They only asked couple of questions about Islamic banking (after having asked if I had any knowledge about Islamic banking).

I am a law graduate (never practiced so I am without licence). They asked me why I didn't practice. Then they asked me few questions about Islamic banking e.g is Islamic banking really Islamic, what is that one pressing issue in this realm that you would like to address, tell us about that mode of financing which is being used by Islamic banks but is not Islamic, the last was probably about time value of money.

No. there is no formality after interview.

I am from OKARA. I secured 67 marks and my interview timing was 25th May 2016 at 1.00 PM "SHARP". Though the attendance started after 4 PM and I was called in interview room at 6.30 PM. They asked me about current job and salary. Then they asked some technical questions about my degree which is Textile Engineering. Last question from the person chairing the panel was "What was your test center?" I replied it was Lahore. He asked what place in Lahore. I told them the place and this was end of interview.

They are not asking any basics BUT specialized questions from the people with B Com, BBA, M Com, MBA (Banking, Fianance, HR, Economics or relevant subjects etc) Degrees, IT/Computer Degrees, Agriculture Degrees. I hope rest of the people will not get any hard questions.

One question I remembered that was asked from MBA Finance person was about "BADLA FINANCE".

Females got a favor that they were interviewed shortly after their arrival.

We came to know that there are some 300-350 seats in all Pakistan and about 3100 people are called for interview from 19th May to 9th June.

Upto 25th May 980 people were interviewed according to their list.

As far as job description is concerned, it is a field based LOAN DISBURSEMENT and LOAN RECOVERY job for male employees and obviously office based job for females but it depends upon the place of posting also. If they required anyone for ondesk job they will not send you anywhere in field (as it happened with some people in last batch 2014 they hired).

why did they call 3100 candidates for just 350 seats? any information about selection criteria?
