(iii) former excluded (Baloch) area forming part of the Dera Ghazi Khan
and Rajanpur Districts;
(iv) former Tribal Areas of Mardan and Hazara Divisions; and
(v) Upper Tanawal Area of Hazara Division;

On the basis of Balochistan Domicile, you can claim age relaxation of two years and can appear in 2020 and 2021 examination.
You need to fill this form:

Here DC office staff is not accepting this certificate because word Balochistan is not mentioned in it.

on 31st December 2019 my age will be exactly 30 years!!!!

Unfortunately you are not eligible

As per css rules of previous years:
For css 2018, any candidate born on or before 31st December 1987 is not eligible
For css 2019, any candidate born on or before 31st December 1988 is not eligible

So in css 2020, any candidate born on or before 31st December 1989 will not be eligible
