According to the CSS rules government servants are eligible to appear in CSS till the age of 30, those who have two years experience in government service right.

So if a man's date of birth is 19-01-1987
He joins government service in October 2012
Completes probation period after a year
Is he eligible to appear in CSS 2017. ????

My thread got deleted, so I am asking these questions here. Answers will be appreciated.

1: What documents are required at the time of registration/enrollment? Currently, I am in my last semester and will get my bachelor's Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) in January, 2016. Currently, I have proformas of the previous semesters that I have completed. I'll get my DMC BEFORE the CSS exams. Am I eligible for the upcoming exams or not?

2: What language is the Viva Voce conducted in? English or Urdu? Just curious.

AoA, by CE-17's cut-off (31st Dec 2016), the said candidate will be [B]29 years 3 months 28 days[/B] old and [B]over-age[/B]. However, even with age relaxation claimed ([B]which in this case is possible[/B]) he will have [B]CE-16 and CE-17[/B] left to take.

So the said man can claim age relaxation as his joining was in Oct 2012 and by CE-16 and CE-17 he can claim age relaxation and take these both chances.

If you can get your transcript before 31st Oct 2015(Last date of online registration for CE-16), you can take CE-16.

The Viva Voce is conducted in English. To further enlighten you, before Viva Voce, qualified candidates are required to undergo Psychological Assessment.

However, worry for that part later. Focus on clearing written exam.

AoA habiba, CSS age limit for Balochistan is 30 years. So by CE-16's cut-off (31st Dec 2015) you'll be [B]28 years 3 months 30 days[/B] old and within age-limit for Balochistan Province. Hence you are eligible for CE-16.

Moreover, you have CE-17, too, at your disposal.

I am confused about using the opportunity of age relaxation. I am regular employee of BISP (Federal Government poverty alleviation program) & Alhamdullilah completed 5 years of here. My date of birth is 16/5/1987 and attemptd twice in year 2014-15. Am i still liable to avail this option?

WoA dear as far as I can tell BISP is not an entity but a program.

My suggestion, call FPSC and get your answers straight from them or you can mail them and they will respond after processing your query.

By age limit you have no chances left now. But if you can avail age relaxation then you have CE-16 and CE-17 at your disposal.

Call or mail FPSC as soon as possible.

@ Rija..!
You are not eligible for age relaxation. BISP is not a permanent Govt institute, you have no chance left for CSS.

I belong to Malakand (PATA, KPK) and i know that there is 2 years relaxation for PATA Candidates.
Plus i have two years continous Government service.
how i can claim age relaxation upto five years i.e upto 33 years??
and Will i be eligible for CSS 2016?

AoA Sohail, you can claim only 2 years age relaxation, no matter how many categories of age relaxation you fall in.

By CE-16's cut-off (31st Dec 2015), you'll be [B]30 years 9 months 15 days[/B] old and no more eligible for CSS even with age relaxation claimed.
