For more clarification of above post state subject is that document which can be used to avail the quota of AJK in all government jobs.It is the document from which one derives the nationality of Pakistan .

Now what if one is not in government job on the basis of punjab domicile but has appeared in CSS on punjab domicile and now is willing to appear through state subject of kashmir .Will it be considered as fraudulent??,, as holding state subject and punjab domicile at the same time is not illegal.

I do not have legal information but what I know is that in 2011 2 out of 4 allocated people on AJK quota had Punjab domicile but Kashmir state subject. you better consult FPSC or some other forum member may help you. I would suggest you to ask from Kashif Ali

It is illegal to have 2 domiciles at one time.You should consult some lawyer regarding it otherwise this can cause serious problem in CSS because it is v sensitive issue and FPSC can even disqualify you.Take this issue seriously.Regards.

i). Keeping two different domiciles at the same time is illegal.

ii). However, this is not a big deal, many people use to have AJ&K domicile/state subject and Punjab domicile at the same time. They enjoy schooling and living at Islamabad/Punjab and depending upon nature of job/opportunity use respective domicile. They do appear in CSS on Punjab domicile and then also appear in AJ&K Public Service Commission jobs using AJ&K domicile and so on. The AJ&K Government is having its own independent setup and they hardly check the records with FPSC nor FPSC check records from AJ&K Public Service Commission and such things keep going. Having both domiciles also help them to compete for lucrative posts at both areas and since one can be an ASP and Assistant Commissioner on the domicile of AJ&K so such persons enjoy dual benefits of competitive examinations. Anyhow, this is sort of moral dishonesty, which is rampant in our society. Uncle of romeo tango is serving in district court and if romeo tango was not aware of this fraud, his uncle must knew and he intentionally did this fraud (which implies that so many other flaws would have been done by him in the courts).

iii). We all know what is good and what is bad, but we try to adjust this to suit our own needs and benefits.

iv). Romeo tango might not have used his AJ&K domicile anywhere in the papers of FPSC or at Punjab Government for getting job there (though he has already taken a seat of some deserving person from Punjab domicile), as such there may not be any action against him if he do not use his AJ&K domicile anywhere. Mean if he continues using his Punjab domicile at CSS etc and do not show his AJ&K domicile then there wont be any problem for him anywhere. ....

v). To sum up, advise for romeo tango, keep using his Punjab domicile (never use AJ&K domicile anywhere) to remain safe from any unnecessary trouble/hindrance.....

@ Doctor, yes it will be considered as fraudulent.

@ aleeha; the thing which you did is also a form of dishonesty, if you were not interested to serve anywhere apart from your home place then simply there was no need to join, however, if you joined then there was a proper manner to resign the job and get your resignation accepted by your department. I do not know anything about nature of that job and I dont know about termination rules, however, I heard from many people that if one is dismissed from service, perhaps he/she cannot apply for government jobs again, mean that should check from FPSC regarding this thing.

@ drvalentino; issue may become serious if he will use AJ&K domicile in future, but in case he do not use AJ&K domicile anywhere, then he is safe from troubles and no issue at all. Further, you will gradually/soon learn that many things in our country are quite strange/idiotic/illegal yet system keep running happily. All told, bureaucracy with PAS/former DMG at its top, contains major pulleys of this system.!

I want to ask regarding domicile that I got a govt job on Sindh (U) domicile, but on my NIC both permanent and present addresses are of my native place of SINDH(R). I want to ask about the rules of domicile rules/policies wether domicile require the permanent address or present address on NIC to get domicile.?

Bro our families bear very tough conditions, ajk refugees of 1947 left their everything for the sake of freedom and migrated to pakistan.Well in pakistan they were treated with camps,hunger,poverty and nothing more.State subject is for refugee showing they belong to Jammu occupied territory and about quota there should be seperate quota for refugee and should be deducted by punjab eating 50 percent total seats.

Everyone talks about Ajk state subject,dual domicile & age relaxation, but no one even think about 2% quota racisim with Ajk.

1. BY which law, rule or act dual domicile or PRC is a crime any reference from book / page please inform.
2. Please refer a book page / law / rule regarding whether three years waiting after cancellation of 1st domicile is necessary for getting other Province / city domicile or not?

Domicile is name of document that describe and proves your birth place.
I think you are in procession of illegal domicile.

If domiciles were issued to migrants then most probably all of Punjab would have migrated to Baluchistan or in FATA, because of the quota seats reserved in all government departments.

if person belong from FATA and also have fata domicile and fedral domicile..and person take admission in fedral quata in unversity and complete there education in fedral domicile..after complete the degree if a person want to finished the fedral domicile and apply for the job on FATA domicile,,it is possible or not plz guied me...
