AOA and Welcome to the Forum

Well actually you will have to prepare both the 'portions' i.e. Compulsory and Optional.

My (hopefully) good suggestions are as under

1 - Go through the rules and syllabus at the following links

Rules
http://www.cssforum.com.pk/css-rules.php

Syllabus

http://www.cssforum.com.pk/css-syllabus.php

2 - After that spend some time in the Following Forums

Beginner's Guide
http://www.cssforum.com.pk/central-s...ginners-guide/

Most Frequent Questions
http://www.cssforum.com.pk/central-s...questions.html

I hope the above links are able to provide you a good understanding of how things work in CSS. If any question remains unanswered, don't hesitate to post in the Beginner's Forum.

Regards

You should go for the optional subjects first. Because you dont have to 'cover' any course for most of the cumplsory ones, you just have to sparkle your abilities. Take the example of English comprhension and precise, and essay. Both have no specific course, you just have to improve your abilities in those.same is the case with pak affairs and current affairs, no specific course.
but optional subjects have a specific course which keeps a constant pressure on a person if it is not covered. So, if i were in your shoes (which I actually am, by the way), I would have done optional subjects first. Rest, it all depends on the individual temprament. You might feel comfortable the other way round.

It depends. Like i took up physics and I thinbk i cn easily complete it in 15 days. But if i think about political science, it give me shivers as i think it would be hard for me to complete it even in 2 months.it also depends on how much time you can sacrifice for any subject!

Default 2010 Group study??

Hi all,

I am an aspirant for CSS-2010. Residing in Karachi, and if anybody wants to share notes, knowledge, do group study kinda thing, then kindly hit me back as soon as possible, considering, that we dont have much time, and we have to make the most of the time left
am a strong team player, and would like to co ordinate with people, and I strongly believe that English precise, Essay and composition, along with all other subjects like pol science, history and law can be better done, if we do it in a group. So anybody who is genuinely serious, male or female, do hit me back please.....

hope to hear from you guys soon...

All the best....

Darashikoh!
