Dear Hassan,

You have done a gross excess;Safdar Jang is wounded and you have rubbed salt on his wounds.Please remember the saying of Hazoor SAWW;

"Jo nasehat majma may ki jaye wo dar haqeeqat muzammat hoti hay"

So ,you have not given a piece of wisdom,you have infact condemned him.Its immoral and unethical.I do not know why this sentence of Kennedy is echoing in my mind that," Victory has many fathers;defeat is orphaned."
1 - There is no means of delivering the nasehat/advise as private messaging option is disabled on this forum

2 - Even If there were means to say it in private, It was still better to say it "sab k samnay" so that all others cannot get the idea of blaming "xyz" after a defeat and so that they can learn/know from now that even if they try to do so it will not be appreciated so it's discouraging others too for blaming others for one's own defeat which is always due to one's own mistakes, weakness and/or incompetence (comparatively)

Kennedy was right.. Victory has many fathers.. Agar koi victorious ho jayai he claims it and never denies it.. but when he fails or is defeated, he denies it and doesn't accept it that it was due to his/her own incompetence and there were more competent people.. I am sure kennedy meant that when you lose, accept it.. accept your failure and OWN it.. just like you accept and OWN your victory.. so it all depends on what point of view you read a quote..

Obviously everyone has flaws, no one is flawless. That's the point, one should ACCEPT his/her flaws and OWN them and try to work on them rather than blaming others for their own flaws.

No one is campaigning against safdar, he is a senior and deserves respect however freedom of speech should be respected

@mechrose37
yeah u r right, i should have told him all that in private message
but i have not added insult to his injury, because it was not a thread of his sad story rather he blammed pannel of fpsc without any proof which was also unethical and against islamic teachings,so i wanted to let him know the real reason for low marks so to avoid the blames in future on others

aik aur baat dear, kisi ko ghalat mashwara dena aur uski ghalat chez me han mei han milana dosti nhe hoti
asal gum ghusari aur dosti yeh hai ke uski islah ki jae, na k usay aur promote kia jae ke esi megative thinking adopt rakhay

freedom of speech is an absurd concept, because it depends upon perception. freedom of speech with responsibility can be accepted. safdar is a wounded man , so many things that he has said should not be taken objectively. plus FPSC has it's own flaws , considering that a DG of FPSC has himself confessed about the high-scoring, low-scoring trend. saying the cliche that "accept your failures and move on" is easy to say , when it is for someone else. once a person himself has to go through this then it is a different story.

the point is that those who have not passed through the agony that safdar has gone through , can never feel what he is feeling right now. and i wish that none of you have to bear the same.

P.S . i do not have any link whatsoever with safdar.

peace

we dont have malign heart for safdar
but the point is that the way he blammed fpsc should be stopped and people should know that its not the fpsc but brother safdar who is sole responsible for not getting allocation
people should know, why they get a wrong influence?
second thing
@mechrose
is that please stop saying that it is a compaign against safdar and we are here with predilections,no ,you are wrong,you are blamming us that if safdar was allocated only then we have supported him, really sad... Only Allah knows the intentions..
you quoted Hazrat Muhammad S.A.W Hadees Pak S.A.W and i admitted my fault, i should have told him privately,i agreed to your logic but this time sorry to say you are also following radical and blamming approach
now please follow a logical approach dear

How shallow and how callous we humans are !
I am bitterly disappointed .
I second you.

@ Hassan Razzaq
My dear,A person who is qualifying all css attempts in a row would have surely something which others wouldn't have.It really hurts when one remains unallocated despite qualifying all stages.Seemingly you have not been through this phase.Had you been through this process,you wouldn't have given that 'Lecture'.By the way,That lecture was totally unwanted and you unnecessarily tried to disgrace him.
Lastly,I 'll request Mods to close this thread.

brother fpsc have two tests
test A is written
test B is Viva
passing written doesnt means that you are also good in Viva
why you people are mixing Viva and Written abilities?
if newton was mentally very intelligent person then it doesnt means that he should also be a good boxer.. physical and mental abilities differs, thats what you need to understand .. if you have logic then answer me.

mujhy samjh nhe a rha hai ke fpsc ko blame karna jaiz hai
lakin agar koi yeh ghalat sabit karna chahay aur logic pe baat karna chaheye ke ghaltian fpsc mei nhe balkay sahyd kisi shaks mei he wo chez nhe hai jo fpsc dhond rhe hai toh is mei kia ghalti hai ?
apko lagta hai ke mei safdar se personaly bugaz rakhta hun??? ap log mere coments ko beshak unlike karo but sirf yeh bata doh ke kia fpsc ko bina proof ke corruption aur sifarish ke ilzam dena theek hai jab ke aam se aspirants aur jinka family background strong bhi nhe wo bhi select ho rahay hain.. kia jo select huay hain unke buhat bari appraoch the .. essa tha toh liari ka aam sa shaks kion hua ? mere sargodha ke 3 aam se larkay kion huay ? ans me ? mujhy ghalat keh lain but ab is ka jawab dain ke blame karna fpsc ko theek hai ? bina proof ke ?
