Sir would really appreciate your suggestion and advice.
Auditing and accounting is good for you.

Psychology is good too, if you are a concept-oriented guy.

Socio: is just okay, what do you think about statistics? i think you would find it easy based upon your prior knowledge? if not, then even public administration is better than sociology.

Forestry is good if you are comfortable with it. but if you opt your regional language in its place, that would be a more scoring substitute.

hope that would help

Sir,
i have completely filled my form and would submit it in the morning Insha Allah.
Sir, one point about Essay is again and again twinkling in my mind and i am sure that your kind suggestions with ease a much of pressure about it.
I can handle current affairs topic like education, women rights, terrorism, economic development, energy crises, global warming, media, democracy etc but i have no idea how to expand proverbs like comes in past papers e.g. iron will rush than what gold will do, never never never quit, all the glitters are not gold etc.
Please explain it me if i will puzzle in current issues on Essay then i have to attempt from these quotations/ proverbs.. please sir waiting for a positive reply.

Assalam o Alaikum Respected Sir Werewolf,
i have selected
1-Arabic
2-Punjabi
3-Statistics

And have in mind (Psychology or Public Ad & Journalism)
As very short time is left for CSS preparation.Which subject combination from them require less time and advisable to choose
Psychology……how many days require to cover
Public Ad & Journalism……time require to cover both of these

Dear, first of all if have really prepared the topic you have just mentioned, most probably, there would be no need to resort to proverbs.
even if a completely new set of current affairs topics comes, you can switch to Islamic-related topics, those are very scoring if you could convey your point accompanied by relevant quotations, Ahadith and Verses...

had it been a 300 words essay, i would have told you good tricks to tackle the proverbs-type topics. but as you have to write a huge essay here, so i wont recommend you to go for these topics unless you are a master of philosophy or literature.

even if you start your essay on any such topic with a considerable amount of knowledge, you would fall short of stuff in midway..

However, the best trick to tackle such topics is,
1. You must know the exact core-meaning of that proverb,
2. you must know some real life examples related to it,
3. this point is very important, you must have a good reservoir or quotations and proverbs closer in meaning to that which you selected. they will kick-start you again wherever you feel like getting short of stuff.. you just quote them in the mid and start elaborating them with reference to the original proverb.. this will keep you on until the end inshaAllah

dear, if you are a science freak and love conceptual things, then go for psychology, it will take maximum 25 days to cover, and you would love it too.
however, if not, then public ad: + journalism are good for you. you could cover them in 20 days max.
from score point of view, both the alternatives are almost the same, depending upon your potential. However, psychology is potentially a high scoring subject, but these days it seems a bit unstable.

Thank you for replying . I have almost finished psychology 1 and i am really satisfied with it as i find it very interesting and easy subject. I am going for Sociology as i have heard that it will help me alot in essay and in a little bit in Psychology as well.

Sir I have already picked Accounting and Auditing from group A and they are for 200 marks. Am I allowed to pick public administration from this group ? :/

Statistics is a good and easy subject as after seeing past paper of Statistics i find it easy and i have somewhat knowledge of it but the problem is that in Group C i don't know much about other subjects and don't even find any attraction . (I have been told that i have to pick subjects worthy of 200 marks from which ever group i choose any subject )

And Sir don't have any knowledge about Forestry. Just have been told that its easy high scoring and short subject

No, you can't opt public ad: after already opting auditing and accounting (200) from it.

and dear, there is only upper limit for choosing subjects from any single group (i.e. 200 marks), no lower limit. so, you can opt statistics alone from this group.

Forestry is a good subject, but you may find it difficult due to lack of relevant prior knowledge. but if you are really interested in it, checkout its past papers, if you feel a bit comfortable then you may go with it.

hope this would help

Actually you did not 'ask' me about sociology,
but now as you have asked, so, dear, socio: does not help you exceptionally, in Essay, and the help it provides in Psycho: is not very important. You can even leave that section of Psycho: on choice.
so, if you are opting it just because of that impression, then you should better drop it.

and as far as your one remaining subject is concerned, consider I.law, Journalism, forestry (checkout past papers), US history.
