I have couple of questions.

1) I am currently reading Psychology of Saudra K. Ciccarelli ,Glenn E. Mayer.Tell me whether this book is a good source or not ? And if it is a good source then suggest me if i need to follow another source along with this book or not?

2) Second question is about my combination.

I have made up my mind for these ones.

a)Psychology
b)Business administration
c)Punjabi

But i am a bit confused about Arabic considering the time limitation.
What do you say if i opt Public ad + Journalism in place of Arabic?

Brother, i am sorry, but i don't know about these books. if you find them interesting and according to the syllabus, then go with them. but if you find them boring or dry, then have a look on 2 books for which i have provided the links in first few pages of this thread

your combination is good. both the alternatives of yours are almost equally lucrative. now decide what you like,
Arabic is mostly, the cramming of an outlined syllabus. but, if something comes out of syllabus, you wont be able to even move your pen owing to the nature of this subject.
while, Public ad and journalism are a bit different. they involve concepts + your own analysis + a bit cramming (of some definitions and facts and figures). even if something comes out of syllabus in these subjects you would at least write according to your own understanding.

Respected Sir, You favored and advised me to go for regional language but Arif Awan Sahib (DMG) 40th Common is not considering PASHTO (my regional language) as a lucrative one.

and Mr. Arif awan is right. Pushto is perhaps the only regional language which does not yield good marks. i thought you are punjabi or sindhi

actually, i wanted to ask how i should start preparing for this paper.some people suggested me that i should simply write what i know about certain topic. while, other says that some solid material regarding specific topics should be gathered and prepared well. i mean preparing almost 10 solid essays.Now, i am just confused in this matter.

Dear, before starting construction of some building, you first need a blueprint or, the architectural drawing.

So, first learn the methods and ways to write an essay, learn how to mold your information to create an essay, learn its rules, learn how to structure your essay so as to impress your examiner etc. I wrote a sample essay after my CSS exams on topic "Religions and world peace," if you want to read it, join me at FB or put your email id in your profile, i will send you. you just read it and extract the rules and essential points from it.

If you are clear about these things. then, gather informaton on any topic you deem important. and using those rules, start writing. by doing this, even your first few essays would give a professional touch.

SIR were wolf i want to ask from you that the pic which we have to paste on Css application form should we attest it from front or from backside..........the other 4 pass port pictures should be attest from backside but they dont mention about the pic to be paste on form..........please reply
