2) in essay paper, how many quotations one should must quote?what if one goes with stronger content but does not quote "quotations" (i do have problem that i can't parrot quotes)

stay blessed

No, giving outline is not necessary although the answer must be according to a format. Of course, structuring a question is very much beneficial. Introduction or background should be the first heading and should act as a preface to the proceeding question.

You may write as many quotations as you can if they are relevant and well placed.

They say, "Shauq ka koi maul nahi". If one is determined to join it , no hardship can dampen one's spirit.

Police life is hectic and highly demanding so females do not prefer it mostly. Besides, the nature of job gives more promotion chances to males while females do not make it to the top echelons, while in other cadres there is no such discrimination (or far less than this).

It would hardly take you two weeks if you stand committed.
Use Pashto book "Pohanna" by Sahar Gul Katozai as its Pashto script is quite easy for first time readers. Don't use ball point for Pashto paper, I will insist on Cut Nib or a Pointer for solving Pashto paper. As far as MCQs are concerned, you may find them at the end of "Pohanna" book and they would suffice. Once you have learnt Pashto, you may read "Roohi Mataloona", a small book for Pashto idioms as this may help you in the first two subjective questions regarding translations.

There are several post in grade 17 from which one can start his career with. These are ACO, DDOs, Secretary Public Safety Commission, HRDO, SDM (in Malakand Division) Assistant Political Agent and several other designations in Secretariat as well as autonomous and semi-autonomous organizations.

Political Agent seat is basically grade 19 vacancy as far as I know. But in larger agencies a grade 20 PA is appointed (e.g PA Khyber) and for some agencies even a grade 18 PA is appointed, as in Kurram, Mohmand and North Waziristan agency etc.

There are three cadres who can be appointed as PA/APA of an agency. These are the promotees like Tehsildars/Naib Tehsildars, thePMS/PCS Officers and the DMG officers

I used high lighter and in certain cases I made outlines. I haven't made notes due to shortage of time. Well, i prefer outlines because they take less time in making, revision is quick and the whole course is summarized in a few pages.
Rest, you should see which ever is convenient for you.
