I am sure not all of them are joining that group. because soon they will realize that they are not as much Gods as they cosnsider themselves to be.
my advice to all of you would be to keep cordial relations with all of the people. what impression you will leave on your friends here will last forever. the people who are trying to have separte gatherings will later realize how childish they were. i had friends transcending all the groups.
dont make friends based on your groups. that is so immaturish. respect the person for who he is. every group has its limitations. and all of them have to act as complements to each other. you might think a railway officer is not powerful but you only have to study his jurisdiction to see what he can do.

Hello and AoA

CTP is basically a live in program, which is intended at creating harmony among probabtioner's from different groups by providing them ample opportunities to study, live, play and dine together. Living in or out depends on one's own liking. The routine at times is so tough that most of the times even probationers living in lahore decide to live at csa. I am for the time being residing at my own place, perhaps when the morning P.T starts i will have to review my decision.

ALi
You are absolutely right, when you say that the hectic routine makes it very difficult for probitioner's who want to improve their group to re-appear atleast during their CTP. But there are some with strong nerves and who have learnt the art of sleeping just 4-5 jours in 24 hours willing to re-appear in 2010.

I would also like to the same question which our fellow member has asked.According to you CSA has a very tough routine. How then are probationers able to manage their schedule? And is there any distinction between a porbationers who belongs to POSTAL,Railways or CTG?Any difference of attitude or Esteem? Is there any difference of body language of those who belong to the Elitist groups?

Thank you Sir.Eagerly waiting for your answer.

I think the i have replied the time management part. That basically depends on one's own determination. Otherwise the time plan is such so as to render the chance to re-appearing a wild goose chase!

The second part of the query is interesting . As of now we all are sharing an atmosphere of calm and serenity. With plenty of good will among probationers of different groups. I am yet to come across such person who has been hit by this "God syndrome". This is probably because most of us have a lot of friends with us in 37TH CTP. Let's hope that it stays this way.

One thing i would like to mention here is that the contacts made here at this forum with Balochi, Sindhi and Probabtioners from N.W.F.P have had a good effect and that has added to the comfort level while meeting each other.

Sir, I would disagree with the latter part.. I haven't seen any discrimination or segregation based on occupational groups so far.. let us all keep united and enjoy life at csa..

(hope my words are taken in +ve spirit)

well the routine is PT at 6:30 AM (for the time being its postponed coz of severe weather), then breakfast from 7 to 8 AM...classes from 8:30 to 2 PM, lunch from 2-3Pm, games from 4:15 to 5:15 PM and then we are free in papers but are given assignments to be handed over next day during classes...so effectively we are free at around 10 PM...mentally exhausted after such tough routine...which superman can study in such state of mind?

The day before we had workshop on table manners by Director DMG (DMG - 12th common).
Had our games today from 4:15 to 5:15pm. It was fun.

@ ali_ali

@Red.Hawk and
@ All respected CSPs.

I have read the posts in detail.i have grasped from the conversation that now in CSA improving your group is akin to cleaning the augean's table.Forgive me for any mistake.I personally know that there are many candidates in CSA who were serving at much higher salaries than the ignominous and humorous pay scale of BPS-17 in CSA.Most of the probationers have qualified in first attempt.Earlier till 2007, candidates seldom arrived in First attempt. The candidates vying for improvement then were few.Now if Arfa Subohi gives a free hand to all who want to repeat then CSA will give a desolatory look.

From next year onwards CSA may proscribe students from appearing in CSS during CTP or STP.I hope this doesn't happen.I also wish that the CTP becomes as enjoyable for u all there and may you achieve your goals.Ameen
