@ nazish don,t worry watever the format is it shud show ur willingness tat u accept all the terms n conditions. as long as this is done every format is ok, no worries, every format is acceptable, juss send it to right person.

well i have a lot of questions:

1- Is it compulsory to live at CSA?? Can we be a day scholar??
2- If 16000 is the salary of grade-17 which we r going to get during
probation what will we get after CTP then???
3- Does this 16000 includes the academy charges or they are to be
deducted?
4- Will the total time duration will be from 6:30-50(including PT)??
5- Will friday be a half day??

According to the letter issued by CSA
1. Yes it is compulsory except those who have family house in Lahore.You have to provide a certificate signed by your guardian to this effect.

2. Basic Salary + house rent + different allowances = Approx 25-30K
3. After Deduction you will getting Rs.16000 if they have added 50% adhoc allowance
4.0730 to 1330 pm
5.Yes
