Today, i went to CSA to deposit my acceptance letter.. They said u can deposit surety when u come for joining in the second week of january.
My acceptance letter format is as under:

In reference to the appointment letter issued by Auditor General of Pakistan, Constitution Avenue Islamabad, vide Office Order No.645/PAAS-II/4-32/CE/2010,Dated:13-12-2010.
On the basis of result of the Competitive Examination held by the Federal Public Service Commission in 2009, I am offered for appointment as a civil servant in BPS-17 (Rs. 9850-740-24650) in Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service under the Federal Government. I hereby submit my acceptance for all the terms and conditions given in the Para-2 of the appointment letter. Along with that, I am also executing a Bond, with a surety, to reimburse to the Federal Government all moneys, costs and expenses incurred on or in respect of your training as may be determined by the Government, in case I fail to complete the training or resign from service during the period of probation or within three years thereafter, on any ground other than ill health, certified to the satisfaction of the Government.
Respected Sir, I accept this offer of appointment and I shall report to the Director General, Civil Services Academy, Walton, Lahore (as per intimated date of the Civil Services Academy, Lahore in coming days). I am also informed that I shall be provided with single accommodation in the hostel of the Civil Services Academy, Lahore. Hence I shall not bring my family to the Academy.

for acceptance letter just we have to write a single line letter and have to give reference of appointment letter.

no need to write all sermon!
formal letters have some etiquette.

any member of OMG who got his/her letter? it has been mentioned tat v have to submit our acceptance to SO establishment div, DG civil services academy n the third to undersigned,Wat does it mean? if it means the person who has signed then the address is incomplete, it goes like zafar naseem kayani, depty secretary to the government of pakistan. city n deparment is not mentioned, i,m in a fix, since i have very limited timei.e. 24th , plz help.

We have to send the acceptance to2 authorities only.First authority is SO and second one is CSA and that's it.I am not sure but that is how I sent my acceptance.
@mb raja. do we need to visit CSA now? as in appointment letter they have written that they will inform us whenever we are supposed to report at CSA. isnt it like that?

its ok janab.. dnt worry at all. Bond is to be sent to the CSA. baqi 3 acceptances bna len. ek CSA ko bhejen. doosri S.O. Establishment ko. or teesri the appointing authority jis ne apko letter likha ha. simple. baqi dnt worry. everything will be ok. :-)

uffffff mujhay tu kuch samajh nai a raha. in para5 it is written if u accept above terms and conditions of appointment,send a reply by telegram to SO T-V,Estab.Div,CSA and the undersigned by24th dec

I hve sent the reply to CSA and SO but undersigned authority is zaffar kiyani(deputy sec) and no place is mentioned.where should i post it?

dear there three acceptace letters in total
i) one to the department
ii) section officer (TV)
iii) deputy secretary.
but bonds u can even submit on joinig day at CSA
