Basic Pay = Rs. 9,850/-
House Rent= Rs. 4,432/- (can vary)
Medical Allowance = Rs. 1,477/- (15% of running basic)
Conveyance Allowance= 2,400/-
Gross Pay = 18159/-
Compulsory Deductions:
G.P Fund = Rs. 1380/-
B.F Fund = Rs. 214/-
Group Insurance = Rs. 150/-
Total Deductions = Rs. 1744/-

Net Pay = 16,415/-

As per 37th commoner(Ali-Raza), we will get only basic pay during CTP without any allowances. Please clarify....

You will get basic pay plus some of the allowances ....your net pay would be around 16000 ....more or less...

SUBJECT: OFFER OF APPOINTTMENT TO BS-17 POST IN PAKISTAN AUDIT & ACCOUNTS SERVICE UNDER THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ON THE BASIS OF THE RESULT OF THE COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION, 2009.

Dear Sir/Madam,

On the basis of result of the Competitive Examination held by the Federal Public Service Commission in 2009 you are hereby offered appointment as a civil servant in BPS-17 (Rs. 9850-740-24650) in Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service under the Federal Government.

2. Terms and conditions of the appointment are briefly as follows:

i) You will be on probation for a period of two years or for such period as the Government may extend for the successful completion of your training. The period of probation shall not be terminated until you have completed your Common Training at the Civil Services Academy, Lahore, Specialized Training at the Audit & Accounts Training Institute, Lahore and have passed the prescribed examination including the Final Passing Out Examination which will be conducted by the Federal Public Service Commission or any other Government specified educational institution(s).

ii) You are required to qualify every examination to the satisfaction of the head of Training/Educational Institutions where you shall undergo training.

iii) If on the conclusion of the training programme, your performance or conduct is determined by the head of the training institution to be unsatisfactory, the Government may require you to undergo such further training as it deems fit.

iv) As a probationer, you will be subject to the provision of Occupational Groups and Services (Probation, Training, and Seniority) Rules 1990 as well as Civil Servants Act, 1973 and shall be governed by rules and regulations applicable to a Civil Servant.

v) No representation will be entertained against the decision of the Government in regard to your allocation to a particular Group/Service.

vi) If you fail to qualify the Final Passing Out Examination, your increments will be withheld until such time you qualify the same. However, if you fail to qualify the Final Passing Out Examination in three attempts, you shall be liable to be removed from Service. Absence from the Final Passing Out Examination without prior permission of the Government shall be deemed to be failure to qualify the Examination.

vii) If you are already in BS-17 and confirmed/hold lien against any post in any service/Group/Cadre, you shall have the right of reversion to such previous post, during the period of your probation on new service, post or cadre.

viii) Change of Occupational Group/Service will not be allowed in any case.

ix) Your seniority in the Group/Service shall be determined by the Appointing Authority after the Final Passing Out Examination in accordance with Rule-7 of the Occupational Groups and Services (probation, Training and Seniority) Rules, 1990.

x) You will be liable to serve anywhere within or outside Pakistan in any post under the Federal Government or a Provincial Government or local authority or a Corporation or body set up or established by the Federal or Provincial Government.

xi) If you are already in service of the Federal or Provincial Government, your pay shall be fixed under the normal rules of the Government. However, if you are in the service of any Autonomous Body/Corporation, you will not get the benefit of your previous pay on joining the Federal Government.

xii) On joining Civil Services Academy, Lahore Traveling allowance is not admissible except to those who are already in Government Service.

xiii) This offer of appointment is provisional and subject to the following conditions:-

a)That your character and antecedents are found suitable.
b)That you are found medically fit.
c)If you do not fulfill the conditions mentioned at (a) and (b) above, your services shall be terminated without notice.

3. Before the commencement of training, at the Civil Services Academy, Lahore, you shall execute a Bond (copy enclosed), with a surety, to reimburse to the Federal Government all moneys, costs and expenses incurred on or in respect of your training as may be determined by the Government, in case you fail to complete the training or resign from service during the period of probation or within three years thereafter, on any ground other than ill health, certified to the satisfaction of the Government. If you do not furnish the Bond to the Director General, Civil Services Academy, Lahore before joining, you will not be permitted to join the Academy.

4. If you accept the above terms and conditions of appointment, please send a reply through Courier Service/UMS to this effect to the undersigned, Section office (T-V), Establishment Division, Islamabad and to the Director General, Civil Services Academy, Walton Lahore by 28th Dec, 2010.

5. If you accept this offer of appointment, you are required to report to the Director General, Civil Services Academy, Walton, Lahore (date will be intimated by the Civil Services Academy, Lahore). You will be provided single accommodation in the hostel of the Civil Services Academy, Lahore. You will not be allowed to bring your family to the Academy.

6. THIS OFFER OF APPOINTMENT WILL BE TREATED AS CANCELLED IF YOU DO NOT CONVEY ACCEPTANCE THEREOF BY THE DATE MENTIONED IN PARA-4 ABOVE, OR IF YOU FAIL TO REPORT FOR TRAINING AT THE ACADEMY BY THE DATE SPECIFIED IN PARA-5.
