and at what time i should apply for relieving?and will they relieve me just a day before ctp?1 or 2 weeks earlier relief lena ka kya procedure.
secondly tell is there any negative impact of taking lien on pay etc
plz guide

it will take time ,may be weeks and lien cant be granted on pay. its just an option to join back your service again during the granted period.

for relieving through proper channel at what time do i submit application,after getting offer of appointment or when ctp date cums?and after applying will i be relieved from date of applying or date of ctp which will be mentioned?

@ all.
Please guide how to apply for the deference of CTP? and if we defer our ctp now, will we be bound to get any permission from our parent department to sit in css 2013? will such permission be easy to get.
