okay, i am posting a reply which is of concern (i am assuming) to all CSS aspirants, probationers, etc.
I ACTUALLY HAPPEN TO VISIT THE INCOME TAX BUILDING SITUATED ON AN OFF-SHOOT OF MALL ROAD, LAHORE AFEW DAYS AGO. I MET THE AC (INCOME TAX) FOR COMPANIES. THE PERSON HAD A NICE CABIN (NOT A SEPARATE OFFICE) BUT A FULLY-FURNISHED WELL DECORATED CABIN. IT HAD PROPER STAFF, INCLUDING ASSISTANTS, PEONS, ETC, AIRCONDITIONER,COMPUTERS, EVERYTHING. AND I ASKED ABOUT THE SALARY INDIRECTLY AND THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT THEY GET DOUBLE THE BASIC SALARY AS PER FBR RULES AND REGULATIONS. AC INCOME TAX DIDNOT HAVE A VEHICLE BUT TOLD ME THAT WOULD GET ONE ON HIS PROMOTION TO BECOMING DC, AFTER 5 YEARS.

Now, i dont know what kind of picture Sir Trotsky is posting here on this forum about IRS. I am assuming things must be really really worst in the RTO, Khi but thats definetly not the case here in lahore (one of the big cities of Pakistan) atleast, because i can testify that with my own eyes.

I haven't came across a situation where i have to go to income tax office for any reason because i belong to an engineering background and my salary is low so some what i hath no concern with this dept. in my live.

If this is true then you must be worried. What are your plans for future?

FBR is one of the corruptest department on earth and officer of IRS and Customs earn million on monthly basis. Similarly PAAS officials have same situation of corruption. In such situation officers don't care about kursi table rather they only need signatory powers and they use these powers to earn in millions.

This is the situation and rightly said by Mr. Shaukat Tareen and Hafeez Shaikh that if corruption of FBR is stopped than whole country may be prosperous.

Well sir things are not so easy as you have brought them all to a signature. Everything that has to happen is done within the rules and regulations duly formulated by the department. Corruption is either done through the existing loop holes or techniques which our system does not support.

Each and every signature also notifies the identity of that person and signing something illegal can create problems for it. I know many good officers in the IRS department who have served their tenure with pride and justice.

Corruption is not specific to any one department, it is prevalent in all so pointing out only one department is not a just act at your end.

Brother you better ask this question to Shuakat Tareen and Hafiz Shaikh who says that corruption of Billions of dollars not rupees is in FBR. Doing it very easy because they do corruption in chain with the help of higher grade officers that is why it is so big in IRS and Customs. I know it more than anybody because we have two Income Tax csps and one from PAAS in our family and they are corrupt and their wealth is very large. It is reality and all should face it and who faces it tries to remove its roots. Those who ignore this corruption will not eliminate it.

I think by reading the whole discussion I came to the conclusion that both parties Hamza Salick and Arfinite Leghari have atleast some substance in their argument.I ask both the contenders try not to super impose urself on each other.Plus to Mr.Hamza Salick sir with due respect and I beg ur pardon(God forbid what if i would be banned fr life)being a moderator does not mean that ur argument should be taken as final say on any thing under the sun.Agreed ur competent and capable but that doesnt mean others r dump.Arfinite Laghari has his own mind regarding group prefences and he has every right to say it openely.How can u call it a disinformation?Group preferences r made by the candidates not by the FPSC.Plz plz dont implicitly tried to threaten other members by using ur newly found authority just to stop them to differ with u.If the css aspirants are so naive and dumb witted that they could not differentiate between what is good or bad for them then they have no right to join this elite service.Ur behaviour shows a little bit arrogance which does not go well with u being a good human being.Dil bara karo yaara.Every one is equal and no one is more equal.Hope u wont mind.

with due respect brother , if you dont know the background of any discussion ,try to know the background or dont indulge into that discussion , mr. arfinit laghari has an old habbit (since joining the forum) of telling all others that HE HAS CSPs OF IRS n PAAS IN HIS FAMILY...so he always try to belittle all other groups even DMG n PSP.....only bcos he has csps of IRS n PAAS in his family....that doesnt make any sense...
I would like to advise you to go n check all previous posts by MR. ARFINIT you ,ll find the same cliche ridden mantra ,hyped up , by MR. LAGHARI......
2ndly i dont find any thing threatening and dominating in the writings of MR.HAMZA....in fact he has politely overlooked the words of MR.TROTSKY.....

Brother all the forum readers n visitors now know at least that

1. you have few csps in your family

2. those csps belong to IRS n PAAS

3. those csps are very wealthy n corrupt(as you,urself claimed so manytimes)
4. all others groups are nothing

5. IRS ,PCS ,PAAS is ur top preference.

6. all officers of these departments are corrupt...

Brother with all due respect , what do you want to express that we all are doing css for corruption n money making?absolutely NO BROTHER.in FBR there are many many officers who are dead honest, so please dont label them as corrupt.
so please try to portray a healthy picture n present yourself as aspirant who want to serve the country n build the nation (no matter in which group you are).

Don't act like an assistant of Mr. Hamza. I am posting reality on forum and giving examples of officers who I see doing corruption from my own eyes in IRS and PAAS. If you want the names and place of postings of DMG officers in Punjab Secretariate who told me very bad about this group than ask for it. Why you want others to act as you like. Ask those DMG officers that why they are annoyed on their group and why told me that their friends have left DMG job and joined private firms.
