I was talking about the induction of ppl like Veterinary doctors ,agricultural specialist ,teachers and the list goes on, of basically those who have no job expertise for Secretariat .Lets assume if some ppl leave their cities for security reasons and come to secretariat and , are teachers or doctors, should they be inducted in their respective fields or in OMG/SG ? Not everyone is getting a chance for inductions ,only those with political or other backing( agay app sab jantay hain).Sadly establishment issues notification of inductions the recent ones being in 19 and 20 Bps. Induction is one of the major threats faced by the Omgians ,and also the direct recruitment through CSS was halted for decades ,37th ctp OMG was started after 10 years . You can understand that from where the lack of unity comes in this group ,promotees have their own way of doing things ,are also a major chunk of OMG/SG. Your bureaucratic backbone is facing such issues, how can you expect things to go smoothly. Still secretariat is facing shortage of SOs of some 190 plus,the solution to this shortage is that superintendents and Assistants are on current charge in most of the places as SO ( imagine the efficiency and effectiveness of that section ).The other group trying to undermine OMG is quite obviously felt when you in secretariat.

The very first step towards induction is deputation; it’s a tool that is most commonly used. Now not all can go on deputation ,if you are in OMG most probably you will not get it easily because of the monopoly ( agay app khud samjdar hain) .Basically deputation is for job enrichment experience or filling up a vacancy ,but that is not the purpose now a days .I can quote an example of my colleague who has not got deputation ,even though his case was legitimate, that’s injustice isn’t it?


After one is on deputation ,one goes for extension which is of two years, total being 5 years .Then they try every mean possible to go for inductions .What is the damage on us OMGians ? our promotion are either delayed or halted, basic motivation dies if you are not awarded for your work and timely promotion is a right of every officer be in any group ,why should we suffer ?
I can give you many examples ,you will say “this cant be happening “ well lot has and lot is in the process.

Having said all this and giving you bit of a reality check ,I must say the recent recruitment through CSS has come as a fresh air ,my colleagues and juniors from 38th ctp are working in different ministries and are doing really well. Its tough in the start but you make your own way. I have full believe in the abilities of my colleagues and my juniors and respect and reverence for my seniors who stood with us when we saw no light. We will fight for our rights and seek justice ,May Allah help us.

What i still not get is how a promotee can be inducted into OMG. Now in PSP there is difference between ASP and DSP. DSP or superior to DSP cannot be inducted to PSP. A batch clearly distinguishes this. In IRS there is no room for promotees to be AC IRS( although they have filed a case). People of grade 18 are working under CSP'S. Now in sialkot a PAAS officer is District Account officer. People of grade 18 are working under him. Now what i want to know that no such distinction exist in OMG, a promotee 17 and a CSS officer. If such is the case than why OMG in CSS ?

No there is no distinction sadly ,only your age shows that you are a commoner .
I wish i had the answer to that "why" .

to add more Promotee v/s Ranker in any groups is distinguished by age factor and efficiency. There is much difference in performance whereas rankers just pass their time. In PSP provincial police has quota and they are inducted regularly and I don't have exact details of the induction procedure. DMG is the group which has no induction policy and that is the strenght of DMG. However, Chief Secretary Balochistan hinted that 15 PCS Officer of Grade-20 from Balochistan will be inducted in DMG to ensure the presence of Balochistan Province in federation.

Well you get lot of chances ,there are 1 year courses that you can avail other then short courses. So many people from my batch have got chances for courses and many have been on multiple foreign trips. I myself had the opportunity to go Korea ,Thailand ,China and recently Indonesia but didn’t avail any of them, but do plan to leave soon.

So nice of you sister. A foolish question.

How easy an OMG officer can get VISA of the Euorpean/north american country ?
Same question for fareast countries ?

There are 40 countries in the world where u dont need visa on official passport. Denmark, netherlands, austria are some of them. Turkey and china too, and south korea.

And visa is not a problem apart from US and UK. And even for these 2 countries, one does get visa sooner or later.

If your course relates to these countries or you want to go for higher education than its not difficult.Visa is not an issue for OMG officers,you have a blue official passport.For countries like China you don't even need a visa on official passport.
