@ M.A.N

Dear you say right about being enable oneself to be smarter and smarter but before four or three months not in the beginning. Any way things vary from person to person depending upon ones management skills.

Well, dear it too was an astonishment for me to see online Dawn giving credited writing under the link of editorial because I too have been a student of Mass Communication for one semester at Karachi University and had a bit know-how of journalistic jargon and theory.Right we should after all leave thisand acknowledge your valuable contribution.

Thanks dear,keep things up.

...Yasser

Q: How to develop Analysis techniques and get 12+ marks in each question
solution] Dear aspirants css is the game of nerves and physical endurance...

i) Therefor analysis techniques can't be developed untill or unless one renders half an hour daily for discussion on daily news with his css-companion.....counter arguments on issues polish your analysis techniques.......do practice this

ii) one gets 7-12 marks in a C.A paper.....now question arises how to get 12+ marks in each question

solution:- a) Use 2-3 headings on each page [necessary]
b) Start from Current scenario [what ever the case may be]
c) read the question and underline important points on question paper
d) read your question while anwsering after every 4-5 minutes
e) give each question [while anwsering] 40 minutes (maximum)
f) Quotations of World leaders and reknowned authors[2-3 per question minimum]

for Example: Quotations of these writers on every contraversial issue or point your are going to write....

Samuel .P.Hantington
Stephen P.Cohen
George .W.Bush
Noam Chomsky
Ahmdi-Nijad
Shireen Mazari
Dr. Shahid Masood
etc etc

after giving quotation reject or approve that quotation immediately in the next line......

like "this is a very biased and prejudiced statement"
"this statement shows brinkmanship of Mr.______ "
"Very rightly said"
"very rational stance by Mr Xyz"

PART-1
Anwser:How to attempt controversial topics for Current Affairs Paper.

Scenario 1:

Q: [CSS-2006-Current Affairs]

"The on going anti blasphemy campaign launched by muslims all over the world and the west obduracy not to yield on the issue in the name of freedom of press has put the two on a collision. what role the un and oic can play to prevent recurrence of acts of blasphemy in future"

Dear Aspirants This was the material i used in CE-2006 Current Affairs and International Affairs Paper

Ans:

"O Loved One [Prophet Muhammad] they not belie you but also these Infidels are against Lord’s Nature"- Al-Quran

The Blasphemous cartoons published in jaylland postan [sept 2005] in Denmark embark an era of resistance and resilience in the Muslim umma.. European Union and Human rights activists are fully supporting this brutal and unethical act.

Henry A. Kissinger once said “Islam is our next target”

This is a aggressive and prejudiced stance by Mr. Kissinger.

Actually the main thought behind this blasphemous act is of famous western Scholar Samuel .P. Huntington of Harvard University, i.e “Clash of civilization” which was presented by him in his famous book “Clash of civilization and remaking of world order”

[Note: now draw a map of the world with fault lines as presented in the book]

Muslim umma is in the state of dilemma and furious on this unlawful and deviant act. They are taking out processions against it and demanding the prosecution of the Danish Cartoonist. Many people have lost their lives in the protest and they are pelting the Danish Embassy’s round the globe in protest. Libya, Saudi-Arabia, Pakistan and Iran have called their ambassadors back from Denmark

Mufti Azam Egypt Allama Tantavi condemned this heinous act in these words “This blasphemous act of Danish cartoonist is biased and against the norms and values of freedom of expression”

Moreover the Prime Minister of Denmark Hans-Adres-Resmossen on the contrary has supported and justified the act of Danish Newspaper. He says that “This Caricature is the symbol of freedom of expression and we shall guard press rights to every extent”

This is a very biased and irrational approach by the Danish Prime Minister.

Danish Law

According to Danish Law Article 140

“Section 140 of the criminal code prohibits any person from publicly ridiculing or insulting the dogmas of worship of any lawfully existing religious community in Denmark”

“Section 26(b) criminalizes the dissemination of statements or other information by which a group of people are threatened , insulted or degraded on account of their religion”.

Dear thats the spirit.....i was just hoping 4 a positive response....

the very next important step is regarding Reading a News paper

step 1) you should have an eye for the hot topics[or the topics which are most probably to come in the examination]

...question is how to achieve that.....hmmm

solution) .....Just go through past 5 years papers and you will get the mind set of the examiner.......see simple as that.....

step 2) Reading a News paper is not very easy for a starter.....
...question is how to get command over International affairs

solution
i) Start reading 1st page and the editorial page of Dawn....
ii) The left top most Editorial in the dawn has a paramount importance....
it has all what you need......but what is the enigma in it....

I will reveal this enigma tomorrow inshallah.....but i need a positive response once again.......

Regards
M.A.N

Dear W.H.J you are qite right in saying that only Friday feature has paramount importance with respect to the Islamiyat Prepration.

No doubt There are many News Papers and Journals[*] having Importance ....point is "Study smart" and be precise and concise while reading any type of material.

* like

1) Newsweek
2) Times
3) Economist
4) Readers Digest
5) Contemporary Affairs [Dr Safdar]
6) Journal by Institute of Strategic studies
7) Herald etc etc

Now either we can only these journals and Magzines or complete our Subjects by following a tight schedule....and stick to the task.

Prirority should be the subjects first...then other material..... if time allows and permits.

Regards
M.A.N
