Dear, as far as limit of the words are concerned, I agree with you that in such limit you can't write like comprehensive essay. But I think you should write it as you are making a
précis of a long essay .I mean all Ideas should be included in your paragraph .But here is one condition that you should write examples more and more to support your ideas. But again examples must not be illustrated.The checker only wants to see wheather you can write english that is free of all mistakes.It should be a fine piece of work.Use such words that can explain whole ideas.

Your English is fine. Certainly you can make it. Still if you think that it is not good then practice your grammar exercises, it will remove all deficiencies in your English.
