The maxim is a very useful principal having universal implications. It means to spend to an extent to which one’s pocket allows. When a person keeps a regular check, as a head of (How about just 'on') his personal accounts, on his income and expense ratio, he never goes bankrupt. This is because he always keeps something away for rainy days. A person being a head of an organization, when keeps account of its expenditures and activities, the organization very rarely liquidates. It only progresses. Spending according to one’s financial worth has many advantages. It keeps poverty away, helps in getting rid of debt and enables him (The sentence doesn't have the noun to which this refers) to lead life with dignity. Among other factors, careless spending is an important one that contributes to poverty. Looking at our government organizations, we can understand by analyzing that most of them are spending more than the allocated budgets. This is the reason for there (Them) being in deficit condition(redundant). Cutting all the unnecessary costs, investing only in projects with the highest Net ('net' not 'Net') Present ('present' not 'Present') Value and completing them in time can enable these organizations to enjoy high returns. This will in turn increase their profits and thus (no need of 'thus')broaden their cloth for spending. But unlike this, burden on the national exchequer increases every year, thus, keeping the national budget always (redundant)in deficit. Due to this, government has to go to international financial institutions, like IMF, for capital to finance its careless processes (?). This debt is(incorrect. No 'is'.) bears very high rates of interests (no s) which keeps the vicious cycle of debt expanding (A cycle never expands; it perpetuates.). As a result, Pakistan mostly attends international fund raising conferences and forums as a creditor and not as a debtor. Keeping expenses within budget and saving on yearly basis will one day turn the deficit into surplus.

I request the senior members to evaluate my expansions and give tips for improvement.
I have coloured and emboldened your mistakes.

@Progressive Error:

Your sign reads, "If the above post have any grammatical, punctuation or some other English mistake please mention." There are two mistakes in it. The subject and verb don't agree, and the word 'English' is used incorrectly. Here's how it should be: "If the above post has any grammatical, punctuation or any other mistake in English please mention it"
.
The word 'English' as an adjective means 'pertaining to England, its people or its culture.' It doesn't mean English language.

ROME WAS NOT BUILT IN ONE DAY

Rome was a marvellous city of ancient Greek civilization. It was the hub of art, culture, science and philosophy. Greatness of Rome lies in untiring efforts of its inhabitant for several years to make it the greatest city of the medieval period. Same like this it takes year’s long efforts for a human being to get success in life or to shape his personality. It is the rule of nature that everything in world takes some time to grow, build and to culminate in final shape. Construction of home, harvesting of plants, growth of human being from infancy to death and establishment of stable Government system all these daily life example depicts that everything takes some time and demand constant hard working. Man is hasty in his instinct, therefore, it is a common observation that he tries to get success in life within short span of time. He wants to be billionaire in business as soon as possible. He wants to grab the lucrative post in government and multinational organization just after his graduation without attaining sufficient experience of professional life. There is no short cut to success. However, it requires patience and constant hard working. Brian Adam says, “Patience is the greatest of all virtues”. It requires great deal of planning base on four principle how to do, when to do, where to do and why to do certain things in life. Rule of patience, long and untiring effort is also applicable on development of human nature. It requires great labour to shape the personality, character and behaviour of any person or to instigate and fuse moral values in any society. It is also hard to mitigate habit of evil deeds from any person at once, only continuous effort can eliminate evil virtue of a person.

Here is my another attempt. Seniors plz check

These feelings of melancholy prevailing around man after failure disturb his contended peace of mind. The walls of expectation constructed by bricks of talent turns into misery.
There could be many reasons behind smiling face and happy life but mourning is caused only by one prominent reason “The dissatisfaction” of mind and soul, when things don’t happen the way they are expected to be. The best example is of an artisan, who can draw, shape, and design any piece with his hands and brainpower but these efforts never fulfills his demands and never gain the status he deserve in the society. Therefore, this misery transforms his intellect into puzzle which then can never be solved.
Capable person dreams to win on cost of his qualities and begin journey of expectations. He might get tired on long road of expectations but the charm of destiny makes him forget this pain. But a moment comes when blind end comes and he fails to reach on highway of success. Professionals like doctors, engineers, are example of this tragic trauma, they study hard to draw what their intellect ought to have but not all reach to that height of success.
As a consequence of this failure man never lives the life he expected and this give rise to negative emotions. Negative emotions grounds unpleasant feelings of distress in life. Being human it is impossible to predict what God has decided for us. One should over come such feelings, to prevent flavor of natural happiness in life.
I guess its ur first attempt, and if it is so, its very well.. There are some grammatical mistakes, some mistakes in the use of the definite article, some problems regarding the subject-verb agreement..
I haven't checked the length of ur expansion.. Make sure it ranges between 250-300..
Anyway, a good attempt.. You seem to have a good style of expression. It needs polishing and refining and you will write pretty well..
Keep practicing..

If winter comes, can spring be far behind

Winter season comes after fall in which trees shed their leaves. If anybody has a chance to pass by garden, orchard and forest he observes that shearing of leaves make an overall sad environment. Death of the beautiful scenes gives impression of agony and grievance. However as soon as spring season approaches beauty of gardens strike back. Murmuring of birds and their activities return which add value to the colours of natural beauty. Same is the case of human life as there are numerous examples in which people face great tragedies in their personal life viz. children lost their parents, dip in investment of businessmen, losing in battle field, these tragedies give them huge set back. People have to face calamities with courage in order to make their future bright. There is a surety that spring will vanish the destructive impact of winter so is the case with human life there must be a joy after every sorrow and a win after lose. What nature demand in these circumstances is will power, patience, calm and cool behaviour, courage and struggle. Man should not loose hope, effort and faith on the seeds of struggle because it is mention in chapter thirteen of Holy Quran “Verily there would be ease after hardship, and indeed there would be ease after hardships”.

Da skeptic and other senior are requested to plz check.

Rome was not built in one day

Human history is witness, all the great achievements and all the huge successes that required continuous efforts and struggles. In early times, Rome was one of the great and successful empires of the world. However, it took centuries to bring Rome to that glorious status. None of adept works were achieved in days as there is no shortcut to success. Therefore, a continuous chain of nonstop efforts is needed to attain desired goals and objectives.

A bird constructs complex and sophisticated nest in days. Selecting a safe place, collecting specks from near and far, and arranging them to make a comfortable living place is a process of days. Nonetheless, it is a tiny task that requires hard work of days. Therefore to achieve higher aims, struggle and hard work is the key irrespective of days. There is no shortcut. Failures should not become hurdles in the journey of success. Rather, they should be taken as opportunities for further successes.

Behind every success story there is long course of struggle as success can’t be achieve in a short tenure. Every journalist asks a simple question from every position holder student, “What is the reason behind your success?” Beside other reasons he gets answer, “daily studies”. The answer merely describes the secret of daily (continuous) studies (effort and hard work) to achieve a certain position. Hence, never try to build Rome in a day as it cannot be built. If, however, it is built it would not be of desired level.

. I am not strict. If you do not reach the word limit in expansions; it can hurt you. So, make it as your habit from now.
. Good work is done.
. You could quote some successful personalities which I found missing.
. Quotations are ornaments of expressions. Please, jot them down with relevancy.
. Keep practising.
