This statement is impregnated with reality. Every time when a problem arises or people become fed up with what they have, the substitute it with something better and modern. We, as humans, always lean for something new. These alternatives being naive to us could create problems.
Pakistan is an agricultural country. This is the only resource people have to make their socio-economic status better. It led us to the mechanization of agriculture to increase the agricultural surplus for earning foreign exchange. Mechanization has minimized the involvement of labor. As a result became a bane of unskilled and untrained labor force, leaving hundreds of thousands of unskilled labor unemployed. What Pakistan needs now is to generate avenues for unskilled labor force. Avenues only in the field of agriculture can reduce the burden of unemployment. Likewise, with the introduction of modern medicines several dangerous diseases have been cured. Diseases like tuberculosis, malaria and many other are no more a threat to human life. But the real problem lies in its after effects. Cancer patients are given treatment with laser rays passed through the body which can damage blood and body cells; creating further problems, which could further endanger man’s life. Similarly, third world countries are crazy for making progress, and it is possible only through industrialization. However, their efforts are thwarted by the fact that they have fewer resources at their disposal, and lag behind in technology. But, despite the fact of having been backward technologically, they still embarked upon the process of industrialization. This could easily make them equal with the developed world and the pace they are progressing with. But, not too later they face with the gigantic problem of pollution. Industries emit smoke through chimney which pollutes the atmosphere. Other wastes are released through pipes and water channels into rivers and sea. It kills the aquatic life by polluting water. In the case of developed countries, when they embarked on the same mission, they were much later face to face with the problem of pollution. By devising certain strategies and making policies got out of this troubled mirage. Pakistan is also cognizant with its harmful effects. They have ordered to change rickshaws with four stroke engines, because CNG is less pollutant fuel.
To sum up, the world needs to make stringent efforts to curb this menace on time. This is only possible through educating people of the possible impacts of pollution on our daily lives. Pakistan, in particular needs to use various forums to mitigate and mar –if not impossible- this alarming threat of pollution.

By the way, I couldn't been able to find out title of expansion. or is it more generalized form of some paragraph(s) writing??
