Social Morality Training - a hope of humanity upon educators

The moral laxity in today's nuclear age means nuclear annihilation, which could be avoided through instillation of social morality in the education of humankind. This significant task was the responsibility of religion in the past but religious scholars failed to do so. The decision makers at the helm of affairs do not understand social morality; for them morality is to do everything, right or wrong, for holding power. Therefore, educators are the only hope of humanity to realize such an immense job. (83 words)

I`m extremely sorry for my absence on this thread coz paucity of time. Inshallah, I`ll try to update this thread simultaneously. So here is being your paragraph updated :

Make the summary of the following passange and give it a suitable title :

Acting is a profession notoriously addicted to superstition and members of most theatre companies believe it to be unlucky to have candles on stage, or in the dressing room, and equally unlucky to look in a mirror over the shoulder of another. No actor in his senses would ever kick a cat, for it is a sign of good fortune to have one around the theatre. But for a cat to run across the stage during a performance is a certain indication of misfortune to follow. Rehearsals, too , have their special superstitions, and as perfect ones are thought to prejudice the success of the first right, the last line of the dialogue or the last bar of music if often left unsaid or un-played just for luck. Many actors believe that real flowers on stage are unlucky and prefer imitations. Peacock feathers on any representations of a peacock on stage are to be avoided at all costs, but should an actor`s shoes squeak as he steps on stage he can count upon a good reception.

Customers Demands and organization objectives

Customer’s demands and their satisfaction is the most important component in order to develop organization objectives. Therefore, companies pay great attention in order to delve the customer’s needs. Organizations are created to achieve certain objectives. If an organization objectives and functions are beneficial to the society then the organization would be successful. In today’s modern world of industrial revolution and latest technology have developed a series of objective. To achieve these objective to their maxima the decision making task has been delegated to different management units. If these management units work in a systemic way then they can achieve more than their input.

@sureshlasi

Acting: A superstitious Profession.

Every single entity of acting profession has different superstitions related to it. A cat is considered to be sign of good and bad fortune during different sense of a theater. Rehearsals too, have superstitions which are performed to bring good luck. On stage, candles, peacock feathers and real flowers are considered as sign of bad luck while it is believed that actor’s shoes squeak brings good luck.

its my attempt but i still have one confusion and i hope that sureshlasi will make it clear. As we are told not to include examples in your precis. But this para is full of examples like candles on stage, or in dressing room .
Similarly, no actor in his senses would ever kick a cat.
so what to do in such situation.
Thanks

DELUSIONS OF THEATER ACTORS

Actors of theater companies are delusive to an unbelievable extent that they regard every aspect of their surroundings with some false convictions. Weird imaginations deeply engraved upon their every act. For them success in acting is not related to their hard work and performance but it is totally related to fortune in terms of their false notions. (57 words)

Here is my precis;

Superstitions and the Theatre

Many superstitions prevail in the theatre world. To have candles or real flowers or peacock feathers on stage or to look in a mirror over the shoulder of another is throught as unlucky. A cat running across the stage during a performance portends evil. A flawless rehearsal is not a good augury. An actor`s squeaking shoes point to a favourable reception for him.

@ Hayat Khan

This passage is dealing with superstitions. These superstitions belong to the world of theatre. One or two of the superstitions will have to be left out in precis, while some of the others should be grouped together. The superstition regarding rehearsals has to be compressed or abridged.

You`re doing well. Keep it up............

Default precis 2002

I. Make a precis of the given passage, also give a suitable heading" (20)

'The official name of our species is homo sapiens; but there are many anthropologists who prefer to think of man as homo Faber - the smith, the maker of tools. It would be possible. I think, to reconcile these two definitions in a third. If man is a knower and an efficient doer, it is only because he is also a talker. In order to be Faber and Sapiens, Homo must first be loquax, the loquacious one. Without language we should merely be hairless chimpanzees. Indeed we should be some thing much worse. Possessed of a high IQ but no language, we should be like the Yahoos of Gulliver's Travels - Creatures too clever to be guided by instinct, too Self-centered to live in a state of animal grace, and therefore condemned forever, frustrated and malignant, between contented apehood and aspiring humanity. Language made possible the accumulation of knowledge and the broadcasting of information. It was language that permitted the expression of religious insight, the formulation of ethical ideals, the codification to laws, It was language, in a word, that turned us into human beings and gave birth to civilization. (189 words) / 3 = 63 words

LANGUAGE: A FOUNDATION OF CIVILIZATION

Human beings possessed knowledge and utilized their intelligence to do work. However, these qualities were not the only defining characters that made them unique from other creatures. It was the power of Language and the skills of eloquence that identified humans from animals. With the help of Language alone, humans had been able to communicate and record all their conduct – the basis of civilization. (64 words)
