Introduction

Ideology is no more the sole reason of split in west and Islam; they are separated apart by their cultures, values and practices. Affinities in faith no more bind them as people of book. This is the differing thinking which have made both of them a rival of the other. People in Islamic world consider west a cause of their destruction, and on the other side, the west feels danger from the unchanged characteristics of Islam. The centuries old tolerance practiced by Islam has been forgotten by the west; what it remembers is the intolerant nature of salafism. West considers the spread of Islamic values a threat to their dynamic and liberal life style. Mutual fears give birth to animosities, which often result in violence against each other. The unrest in Muslim world is an instance of west support for Muslim fragmentation. Irrespective of the fact that Muslim society lived peacefully in west and contributed to the development of the west, it is seen with suspicion. West is regarding Islam indigestible for it. they deem their toleration for Islam a mistake that will destroy their whole dynamic civilization

A. west regards this division a clash of values;

1. West emphasizes individuality whereas Islam stresses upon development of society.
2. Differences of opinion in punishing a criminal
3. Islamic laws are immutable and unchangeable and west considers its own laws as dynamic
4. Islam’s policy of apartheid; Islam does not give equality to nonbelievers.

B. west finds difficult to accommodate Islamic culture:

1. Western liberalism and Islamic conservatism
2. West struggle for gender equality and Islamic gender segregation
3. Islamic political system is devised by Quran and west separates the church and religion
4. Islam regards itself absolute religion; west also considers itself a supreme civilization

C. west fears Islam;

1. The rising awareness of Muslims of their resources and rights endangers the supremacy of west.
2. The rigid and biased version of Islam, the salafism, dreads west
3. They find Islam an attack on their liberal values
4. The immovable rules of Sharia are regarded as political doctrines of Nazism and fascism.

d. mutual fears and reactions to this rift

1. West supports divisions, monarchies and undemocratic culture and internal wars in Muslim world
2. Muslims retaliation results in incidents like Paris bomb blasts
3. Muslim immigrants suffer discrimination

e. tolerance may promote temporal coexistence, but clash of Islam and west is inevitable

conclusion
Your introduction is not as bad as you think it is. In my opinion, it will be sufficient.

You have raised good points in the outline, but you could also have explained that muslims also have their insecurities. You certainly have described a few in the sub headings, such as gender segregation and communal living style of muslims, but you did not make a main heading for it.
All of your headings are concerned with the western fears and not otherwise.

This outline can also serve the purpose if you only add an explicit thesis statement that "Islam and West cannot coexist because the West has refused to respect Islam at every frontier."

Th changes I proposed would require a different thesis: "Islam and West cannot coexist because the wills and interests of the both sides are mutually hostile at every stage".

Overall, a nice effort. Now try to write on the opposite stance, and defend that Islam and West can coexist.

Great nations win without fighting
Introduction
Powerful are those who win the situation with a sword but great are the nations who succeed without using muscle power. The success erected on the edifice of peaceful efforts makes the nations developed and respected. Whenever the nations attempted to subjugate others to raise their status, the result was horrible for both, the aggressor and the aggressed. But, when the nations developed themselves following the notion of mutual cooperation and peace, the other nations silently accepted their higher status. Their exports automatically became the imports of other states; their leading role in economic and welfare decisions became inevitable. The history testifies the fact that perpetual is the success attained through peaceful struggles. Greatness and honor are accorded to them who did not snub others instead used the others’ capacities in a friendly way to develop themselves. The power of the mind and character, and not the fighting, made the nations strong.

A. The muscle power may bring territories but not greatness

B. Nations become great by their economic and social endures

1. Consistent hard work and friendly relations make nations strong

2. The abandonment of fighting made some European and Far East Asian nations leading economic powers.
3. Leading economic powers were automatically given the role of political leaders.

C. The perpetual greatness comes without fighting

1. The struggles of respected world leaders
2. The collective struggle of great nations will remain a guiding star of the world.
3. The peaceful success has an immovable respect in the world

D. Fighting never delivered great nations

1. The destruction of European nations in wars
2. As far as china and Japan were fighting, they were not great.
3. Violent struggle in South Africa produced counter violence and vigorous apartheid
4. Fighting deteriorates political and economic greatness

E. Mutual cooperation and friendly relations, and not fighting, symbolize great nations

Conclusion

TITLE: GREAT NATIONS WIN WITHOUT FIGHTING

Introduction:

Great nations by remaining nonviolent in their pursuit of peace, prosperity and excellence eventually succeed.

[A.] Great Nations Abstain from Fighting because

1- Benefits of war fall short of its cost and unintended consequences.

2- Problems can be multidimensional, so their solutions should also be diverse.

3- They are not short sighted and understand that peace is beneficial in the long run.

4- They struggle for a decisive and sustainable victory which is not attainable by fighting.

5- They have a sense of morality and due regard of Human Rights which are neglected during war.

6- They are not disillusioned by romanticism of war and false sense of superiority which often leads to conflict.

7- They understand that violence is the last refugee of the incompetent, and greatness and incompetence never go hand in hand.

[B.] Amicable Alternatives To Fighting Adopted by Great Nations:

{I} At Domestic Frontier:

1- Education to build competence
2- Discipline to direct the energies of the nation
3- Equal opportunity and social welfare for all

{II} At International Arena:

1- Economic partnerships and military alliances
2- Diplomacy and negotiations
3- Abiding norms and customs of International Law

[C.] Open secret to achieve greatness: "Nonviolence"

Conclusion:

Nice effort.
All the points are relevant.

Now start focusing on the structure of the outline. I mean try to make a symmetry in it. use same number of points under different headings. Try to make Main headings first and then jot down points under them.
