Default My Suggestions

ESSAY: We have to learn to be our own best friends because we have fallen too easily into

1. Unrealistic Expectations and that Continually Disappoints Us
2. Too Much Focus on Material Things
3. Focus on What We Don’t Have Rather than What We Do
4. Being Too Hard on Ourselves
5. Analyze and Over-think Everything
6. Want the Quick Fix Rather Than Working Hard Toward a Better Outcome
7. Make False Assumptions and React Based on Them
8. Feel We Can’t Ever Succeed So We Give Up Too Easily
9. Not Making the Choice of Closure and Moving on
10. Not Accepting What We Say What We Want
