aoa i am preparing for css exams... how can i discuss ion new topic and grab on essays.... Can you people tell me what should i do as new qoumer?

Read and write a lot as much as you can, and then make your own essays....

Sir Saleem Qureshi is the best teacher in lahore, however I don't know about your area that you are from! but I suggest you to visit two three teachers, as there are many teachers in Lahore, then go for one which you see that is perfect for you.
