u are very right but anemia is caused when there low iron intake causing low hemoglobin,low rbc count may be because of hemolysis anemia can be caused by hemolysis ,it doesnt cause hemolysis.it can be a menifestation of a disease...normally persons are anemic but they are not called as diseased
since there are different kinds of anemia with varying level of severity. even if we talk about jaundice where the patient becomes pale because of the hemolysis.jaundice does not really cause the cell to break but in typhoid it may result in hemolysis. so...........................????
