1st would be to finish the discrimination among ourselves.. we are to unite as ONE Pakistan.. we need to terminate the difference that have arisen within our country and let alone the ones that are pestering our nation externally..

The government is only conducting an otiose round of meetings over the years so first they have to make a decisive plan with consensus to get rid off from the slavery of America...
Suggestions:
i) Concept of Meritocracy should be encouraged.
ii) Need to play a well directed major league with man-oeuvre to make things happen for the sake of our country keep in mind the edge of ostracism.
iii) No need to hue and cry on trivial issues.
iv) Corruption should be eradicated.
v) Accountability of authority vested to anyone.

Baluchistan crux has two aspects.
1. Social
2. Political

The problem with our law enforcement agencies and government is that they are yet to understand the difference. These both problems are being treated in one tone.

Social problem is with those poor Baloch people who have been deprived of their basic needs, those who want to live a reasonable(if not prosperous) life.

Political problem is created by those so called leaders who have never accepted Pakistan as their homeland. These parasites and lap-dogs are nurtured by foreign hands to destabilize Pakistan. They are enjoying their days in Europe and talking about situation of Balochistan.
We must devise a two front plan to tackle this issue.
1. National economic plan to meet the social needs of Baloch public in addition to educational uplift. Government should reach-out the public directly, bypass Sardars.
2. A diplomatic campaign to safeguard our national interests viz a viz Balochistan. Terrorist like Baramdakh should be brought to book. A targeted military operation is inevitable in Balochistan.

AoA, Brigadier Nadir Mir, Author of the book “Gwadar on the Global Chessboard” comes up with following solutions of Balochistan crises. Hopefully these will help aspirants in making their own notes.

Baluchistan Solution

A holistic solution for Baluchistan must include the following:

· National Unity. The need of the hour is national unity and pragmatic solution for Baluchistan. Baloch leaders, major political parties, Supreme Court, Armed Forces, political government, media and civil society have to combine their efforts for a peaceful and prosperous Baluchistan. Pakistan and Baluchistan belong to all Pakistanis. All are responsible and accountable.

· Reconciliation. Pakistan Army must take initiative along with Government efforts to accommodate the livid and afflict among the Baloch. PML (N) under the leadership of Mian Nawaz Shrif is most well placed to placate Baloch leaders. This scribe had suggested the same to Mian Nawaz Sharif in Gwadar Conference 2012.

· Baloch Aspirations. The Baloch sense of injustice needs to be removed. All Baloch leaders and others in Pakistan seek justice for Nawab Akbar Bugti’s killing. The perception of injustice must be eradicated. The Baloch youth needs a special national package of free education and employment.

· Economic Cycle. Baluchistan has numerous treasures which should benefit first the people of Baluchistan and then the rest of Pakistan. The greatest potential is in Gwadar concept amply highlighted in my book ‘Gwadar on the Global Chessboard’. This can bring prosperity and can change the destiny of the Baloch and all Pakistanis.

· Security. The first act is to freeze the cycle of violence. An understanding based on reconciliation is the basis of security. While the army remains in its garrisons, the FC should be more biased towards the Western Borders. A new internal security force for Baluchistan may be considered with the bulk from Baloch areas.

· Information Warfare. Pakistani media can help positively resolve Baluchistan by encouraging reconciliation with Baloch and discouraging foreign interference. The Pakistan Army can also further augment its information warfare capabilities. The ISPR has recently become more effective in projecting the army view point. It should concentrate more on Baluchistan solution with army’s positive contribution. The ISI while brilliantly guarding Pakistan needs to expose the foreign agendas and hostile agencies fishing in Baluchistan’s troubled waters. A serious effort to retrieve missing persons in Baluchistan must be well projected and presented.

· Blocking Foreign Interference. The Pakistan Army and the Foreign Office under the Government of Pakistan must present a unified case for blocking foreign interference in Baluchistan. All forms of foreign interference in Baluchistan to include propaganda, funding, training, arming of insurgents or succor for their leaders abroad etc must be dealt with firmly.

In my opinion the solutions of balochinstan crises are:

1-Balochi people should be given their rights and be treated as Pakistani. It is a fact that they are not being given a true representation in decision making and in various other spheres of life. Unless this disparity persists, all the efforts of appeasing nationalists movements will come to naught.
2-Policy of political reconciliation should be adapted.
3-There is a need of preventing military from intervening into civilian affairs.
4-Those who are fomenting violence on ethnic, sectarian and political basis should be brought to books.
5-Steps should be taken to eradicate poverty; for empowerment of people; and educating them.
6-Institutional coordination for solving balochistan's crisis is of paramount essential. We are witnessing that supreme court is frequently and vigorously taking notice of injustices being done in balochistan but other institutions and departments are not contributing their part to tackle the problem. Unless all law-enforcement agencies and various instititutions of country act in coherent and cooperative manner, peace and order in this volatile region is far from reality.
