A candidate mail me this story, i comment on it, Seniors also requested to comment to help 2010 aspirants in their prepration.
1. A male and a female r discussing any matter story: It is start of November, winter is approaching with dry, sunny and pleasant days. Ayesha, who belong to a humble khan family of Kpk, is a young ambitious girl. She just cleared written portion of css 2010 and preparing for interview. Her father is a professor and he is very co-operative and loving. In the picture, Ayesha is sitting with her father and both are having a productive discussion on various economical issues and their solutions. Such type of discussion is very necessary for grooming and confidence building. Parents should spare time from their busy routine and must involve their children in routine affairs as well as national and international affairs. Correction; Dont use words like dry. Such words like SUNNY, PLEASANT, YOUNG, AMBITIOUS, CO-PERATIVE, LOVING,GROOMING, CONFIDENCE show healthy expression. Dont mention exam related anything as u wrote she cleared written portion of css. any person with normal speed can write upto 114 words in 5 mints. Length of story should b 100 plus words. It is good attempt. Try to use such type of words in ur stories; confidence, devotion, enthusiasm, energetic, aptitude, passionate, exploring ideas, U should mention positive points of ur personality in others characters As u can write Aysha is very confident, energetic lady.............. She has aptitude to explore new ideas.................. Make such type of sentences.

It is another story attempted by candidate
There is a table in the room, a jug and a glass on table and a boy is looking from window inside the room story: It was beautifull evening of spring. The atmosphere was filled with fragrance and melodious songs of birds. The children were enjoying their weekend. Sunny was playing cricket with his friends. The while making a shot, the ball went to neighbours home. Now they don't have any option except to bring their ball back as they don't have any extra ball. Sunny knocked at neighbours door for ball but they were not at home. So he decided to use other way. He climbed across the wall and searched ball but to no vain. in the given picture, he is watching inside from the window in search of ball. Suddenly he saw his ball at right corner of the room. He planned to go inside but his innerself stopped him from entering without permission. He felt bad for climbing the boundary wall in the absence of house owner. He went back with heavy heart and decided to tell the truth to his neighbours as soon as they come back. the moral is we should try our best not to interfere in anyone's personal, and always give value to yhe voice of "inner self". This is what Iqbal said in his poetry that Muslims should awaken their inner self and spirit. Dear it is excellent effort. Such words like BEAUTIFUL, FAGRANCE, MELODIOUS, ENJOYING, It is good to mention any moral. If u dont mention any moral, then dont worry, U should also mention the purpose of jug, glass and table. U gave explanation only about boy. short the story of boy , add sentences about jug, glass and table, also mention the purpose of room. U can say that it is the dinning hall of a welfare orgnization.

Difference between Federal and Concurrent List
The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 divided the legislative powers between the Centre and the Provinces by delineating two legislative lists:
Schedule IV i). Federal Legislative List [Part I (59 items & Part II (8 items)] ii). Concurrent Legislative List (47 items) In the Federal List, there were enumerated subjects on which the Federal Centre alone could legislate. This list comprised two parts, which had 67 items. The second legislative list, designated as the Concurrent List, had 47 items. On these items, both the Centre and the provinces were entitled to legislate, but it was also laid down in the Constitution that in case of conflict between the laws made by the Centre and a province with respect to a subject in the Concurrent List, it was the federal law which was to prevail, no matter which of the two laws were made first. This means that the Centre had actual competence not only over the subjects specifically reserved for it, but also over those mentioned in the Concurrent Legislative List. The residuary powers in matters not enumerated in Legislative Lists were left to the competence of the provinces. |
