Just follow the guidelines as given by hamza salik. All that he said is perfectly correct.

Again just as i said, most people have an average of only 10-14 per objectives. Multiply it by 10 and the difference between the better and the lower average student is hardly 20-30 marks. These one can easily cover through 40 subjective questions, in 10 total subjects even if one scores only 1 mark extra per question.

For any more specific details you could mail me at my address given in my profile.
Thanks brother, I have sent you an e-mail.

may be it would have been that easy for you to do it in 2 months
i dont think it was easier for me.....n many candidates who are here will second me
A sheer hardwork is rquired for css i would say

i was in an intention to appear, but i didnt make up my mind to do it, cz there was very minimal time between my MBA to star and my end of BBA but i took the risk due to intense interest that had been at peak since i was fond of following this forum and y family boosted me a lot in it.
i started off in mid november and studied....(studied means studying not keeping eyes open and book in front of you hanging mobile in ur hand with texts)
My mamu is CSP he used to say me, itna asaan nahin its test of real hardwork+luck+strength of nerves, but i used to say that ppl exaggerate in telling abt dis exam. i practically experienced and got everything with realy psychologically so stiff that i had to keep myself intact at every instant to remain calm and normal.....And this if summed up with your hardwork would definitely result in good marks in the end

I believe, A very strong plan and schedule for CSS is very need for your success and if you follow it commanding your mind dictatorially, that YOU HAVE TO DO THE TASKS IN THE GIVEN TIME IN EVERY CASE, you will do it easily in the end. and if you took it easy it takes lives as it becomes so difficult for you to digest its pressure in the hours of nervous breakdowns...

I wil again say, hours do not matter, but the quality and technical study does matter a lot.....

Note: I am no philosopher, i can suggest only what i feel, went right for me....

Regards

2010 was my 2nd attempt. I started preparation on 20 January after my 2009 interview and revised everything in 40 days. So it was just 40 days preparation that proved good enough for success. Allah ka karam hai. I think this must encourage the css aspirants who feel that it is impossible to prepare in a short period of time.
