As per existing working last female to be allocated from Punjab is:

145 7718 SANA SAIF TIRMAZEE PUNJAB.

However, if some of the repeaters do not join service then last female from Punjab can be:

177 6448 MUBEEN SAEED PUNJAB (But she has extremely rare chances of allocation).

Your allocation is 100% Guaranteed (143 5399 ARMAGHAN ARIF PUNJAB)

I feel so.
You have NO IDEA of reserved seats allocation. Let me explain;
Last male candidate from Panjab:
Best case scenario 89+16: 131 1360 ASIF RAZA PUNJAB
Average Case 89+11: 125 8322 YASIR FARHAD PUNJAB

In the best case count 11 women i.e. after the last male candidate, and you will finish with last allocated lady from the Panjab i.e. 213 3557 SHIREEN HINA ASGHAR PUNJAB

In the average case thus the last lady from Panjab is: 211 11745 ABIDA MARIAM PUNJAB

Reallocation is your only hope because

1- No chance for Balochistan to occupy an all Pakistan open merit seat

2- 12 Balochistan Merit vaccines will be exhausted at 429 Anna Rasool Kurd

3- Procedure for allocation of women quota seats is simple: Count 4 female candidates from where the provincial open merit ends. Only two female quota seats will be filling this year since there are only two female candidates from Balochistan below Anna Rasool i.e 471 Shazia Sarwar and 715 Shahida. The remaining two seats will be carried forward to next year.

Even if they go for quota seats, it will not effect the number of candidates because if a women from open merit is allocated on quota seat on account of her preference, the seat she vacates in open merit is then considered as women quota seat in order to ensure that quota representation of women is not affected.

AOA. Insh Allah this year Punjab will get its due share in open merit seats, i.e, the BEST CASE. My FAO is pending before Chief Justice Islamabad High Court. This case is being pleaded by Abdul Rehman Khan, the same lawyer who pursed Nergis Shazia Women Quota Case. And according to him this case is ten times stronger then Women Quota Case.

If you have time please check this:

I ll wait for your valued opinion in this regard.

Dear Yusafzai: I know very well about the reserved seats' allocation.

Your explanation shows one misconception i.e. 89 seats for male candidates. These 89 seats are common seats for both the male and female candidates to compete (This is the main thing where your calculation fails).
Any female can be allocated from these 89 seats first if her preferred group is available in common seats. If her preferred group is not available in the common seats then woman quota is utilized for her. So not all the 89 seats will be available for male candidates, 15 to 17 seats will be allocated to female candidates out of 89.

Approximately following will be the number of female candidates to be allocated from Punjab:

Open Merit 2 + Punjab Common Seats 15 + Woman Quota 11 = 28

So first 28 females of Punjab will surely be allocated. Rest of the females will be dependent upon luck factor (if repeaters do not join the service).

i am 29th girl from punjab..according to my calculation 28th girl would be the last one on women quota. it is realy a luck factor in CSS
