Members plz suggest....should i go 4 3rd attempt

I think as for as political science and Indo-pak history is concern, tide has changed, atleast this year. Encouraging scores in CE 2012.

This was my first and half baked attempt.I didn't got the time to make a fair copy of outlines because i was unable to conclude my essay in time.But i didn't understand what happened in CA or composition paper.They went quite well..Do comment on this
