The decision taken by the commission of re-taking of selective paper from some centres of Faisalabad, delineates that FIA has not been able to identify those involved in the scam. In such circumstances the decision taken by FPSC is based on Justice. Decison cannot be taken on the basis of what the aspirants of Faisalabad and other centres want. We must demonstrate prudence and understand the limitations and contraints faced by FPSC in such unfortunate situation. FPSC cannot make everyone contented by any decision it takes. because candidates of CE-2013, of every centre through out the country, are divided on this issue and this division stems from whether papers of a candidate has gone good or bad.

Those who consider that Faisalabadians would get the 4th chance, i dont understand how do they consider it the 4th chance? Their attempt in CE 2013 is obviously not being considered. So it makes no sense to call it fourth chance. No one can say that would the re-take be in favor of re takers or against them.

Have faith in Allah, if Allah Almighty has chosen you, then you, are the one who would be triumphant in any case, No matter which centre you belong to, no matter you retake or you dont. May ALLAH help us all. Ameen.

I hope they get very difficult papers! Examiner should mark them strictly as for petitions...they are waste of time...like fpsc.... judiciary is sleeping!

Means the result is not going to be declared in sep/oct.

I would like to suggest that you move for either a retake for all or a retake for none. Like recently the papers leaked in O'level examination. There is a complete retake of Islamiat and Social Studies paper. Even though the papers where no leaked in Pakistan but the GCE has decided to retake the paper across Pakistan.

So if it is a retake it should be a retake for all or there should be no retake at all.

By the grace of Allah Almighty,The Lahore High Court admitted the petition for a retake of CSS 2013 across the country and has sought a reply from FPSC in 2 weeks.

Insha Allah, justice will be served.

I want to ask all of you a few questions:

1) how is fpsc going to maintain the competitive spirit of the exams if they are re-conducted for a few?
2)why do people who did not do anything have to suffer for the mistake of others?
3) what if someone's exams went really well in the original attempt and they cannot take this subsequent attempt for some reason?
4) what if someone's exams did not go as well but they are getting a chance to improve without an extra attempt?

I would appreciate it if someone could answer my queries.

IF the culprits are not caught somehow, as is the case here, then
What can FPSC could have done other than what they have done?

What are other options? I can't think of many.
